Житель Новосибирска пожаловался в Генпрокуратуру на статью Бастрыкина о цензурировании интернета
Статья главы Следственного комитета Александра Бастрыкина в газете “Коммерсант-Власть” стала поводом для обращения в Генеральную прокуратуру РФ. Житель Новосибирска пожаловался на публикацию и попросил правоохранителей проверить, не противоречит ли статья Конституции, передает “Сиб.фм”.
В свой жалобе житель Новосибирска выразил возмущение предложениями Бастрыкина о “создании концепции идеологической политики государства”, об “определении пределов цензурирования глобальной сети Интернет” и о введении “уголовно-правовых средств воздействия защиты “правильной” трактовки современных событий”.
Он напомнил, что статья 13 Конституции РФ запрещает введение государственной идеологии и гарантирует идеологическое многообразие, а статья 29 Конституции РФ гарантирует свободу мысли и слова, дает каждому право свободно искать, получать, передавать, производить и распространять информацию и запрещает цензуру.
“Также совершенно непонятно, о какой национальной идее говорит Бастрыкин А.И., и в чем она заключается, особенно учитывая то обстоятельство, что в процитированной фразе он признает многонациональный и многоконфессиональный характер российского народа”, – говорится в обращении.
По мнению обратившегося, необходимость цензуры интернета Бастрыкин усмотрел именно в том, что некоторая группа людей, которых он именует “защитниками прав на свободу получения и распространения информации”, пытается эти права защитить. “То есть фактически Бастрыкин А.И. сам себя позиционирует как врага указанных прав”, – делает вывод житель Новосибирска.
Он подчеркнул, что Бастрыкин хочет ввести цензуру в ее классическом понимании, запретив любые мнения, взгляды и оценки, которые расходятся “с единственно правильными, с его точки зрения, идеологией, мировоззрением и трактовкой общественно значимых событий и явлений”.
Предложения Бастрыкина, в случае их реализации, “подорвут основы конституционного строя России и приведут к массовому нарушению прав граждан”. От генпрокурора Юрия Чайки житель Новосибирска хочет услышать оценку статьи Бастрыкина.
