Российский фондовый рынок перед пресс-конференцией Путина вырос вслед за американским
Утром в четверг российский фондовый рынок вырос вслед за мировыми площадками после ожидаемого повышения ФРС США процентной ставки, а также в ожидании ежегодной пресс-конференции президента РФ Владимира Путина, передает “Интерфакс”.
К 11:10 по Москве индекс ММВБ составил 1772,23 пункта (+1%), индекс РТС – 789,98 пункта (+0,6%), рублевые цены большинства blue chips на Московской бирже выросли в пределах 3%.
Доллар утром стоит 70,68 рубля (+0,28 рубля).
Заметнеее всего рос рублевый курс акций банковской группы ВТБ (+1,3%), “Газпрома” (+1,6%), “Газпром нефти” (+0,4%), “Лукойла” (+0,8%), “Магнита” (+0,3%), “Мобильных телесистем” (+0,5%), “Новатэка” (+0,9%), “Норникеля” (+1,3%), “Роснефти” (+2,4%), “Сбербанка России” (+2% и +3% “префы”), “Сургутнефтегаза” (+0,3%) и “Татнефти” (+0,3%).
Американские фондовые индексы накануне росли три дня подряд (S&P 500 практически ликвидировал падение с начала декабря), в четверг поднялась Азия, растет Европа (FTSE, S&P 350, DAX прибавляют 1,4-1,8%), но снижаются американские фондовые фьючерсы и нефть.
Безработица в США составляет всего 5% – меньше, чем в начале предыдущего цикла повышения процентных ставок, в 2004 году, когда она равнялась 5,3%.
График прогнозов руководителей ФРС по-прежнему предполагает четыре повышения ставки в 2016 году и сдержанные темпы ужесточения денежно-кредитной политики в 2017-2018 годах.
В целях поддержания базовой процентной ставки в новом целевом диапазоне ФРС также объявила о выделении гособлигаций США на сумму до 30 млрд долларов в сутки для проведения однодневных операций обратного репо. В общей сложности речь идет примерно о 2 трлн долларов.
Нефть дешевеет из-за роста запасов в США (резервы нефти на прошлой неделе выросли на 4,8 млн баррелей при прогнозах сокращения на 1,5 млн баррелей; также превзошли ожидания рост запасов бензина и дистиллятов) и укрепление доллара на решениях ФРС по ставке.
Фьючерс на нефть Brent на февраль стоит 37,05 доллара за баррель (-0,9% и -3,5% в среду), цена WTI составляет 36,49 доллара за баррель (-0,7% и -4,9% накануне). Нефть остается у самых низких отметок за несколько лет – с февраля 2009 года для WTI, с конца 2008 года – для Brent.
