Финский ретейлер Stockmann зафиксировал единоразовый убыток €78,5 млн, полученный в связи с продажей одноименных российских универмагов, в четверг компания раскрыла данные в финансовом отчете за 2015 год. В отчетности убыток объясняется «прекращенными операциями» в России. С его учетом чистый убыток компании в октябре—декабре 2015 года вырос до €90,4 млн с €38,1 млн за тот же период 2014 года. За полные двенадцать месяцев 2015 года продажи Stockmann составили €1,43 млрд, чистый убыток — €175 млн.
О продаже всех своих универмагов в России Stockmann объявила в самом конце ноября 2015 года, итоги этой продажи и отражены в финансовом отчете. В начале 2016 года семь универмагов под брендом Stockmann — пять в Москве и по одному в Петербурге и Екатеринбурге — за €5 млн перешли компании Reviva Holdings, которая через дочернюю фирму «Дебрусс» управляет по франшизе сетью британских универмагов Debenhams в России. Два универмага Debenhams работают в Москве — в торговых центрах «Авиапарк» и «Мега Белая Дача». В течение двух лет после закрытия сделки покупатель сохраняет право использовать бренд Stockmann, но впоследствии покупатель планирует перевести магазины под вывеску Debenhams, указывалось раньше в пресс-релизе «Дебрусса».
При этом финский Stockmann продолжит управлять собственным торговым центром «Невский центр» в Санкт-Петербурге общей площадью более 100 тыс. кв. м. Этот актив будет переведен в подразделение компании по управлению инвестиционной недвижимостью, указано в отчете. Якорным долгосрочным арендатором торгового центра с февраля этого года стала Reviva.
Российские универмаги Stockmann продала в рамках своей стратегии по повышению прибыльности бизнеса, сделка была закрыта в начале 2016 года. Как ранее объяснял генеральный директор Stockmann Пер Телин, бизнес в России был «убыточен на протяжении последних нескольких лет, а значительная девальвация рубля усугубила убытки». С 2014 года компания в своих операционных отчетностях не раз упоминала, что геополитический кризис на Украине и международные санкции против России пошатнули ее положение в регионе. Особо топ-менеджмент отмечал, что значительная часть товаров, которые ретейлер продавал в России, имеет импортное происхождение, поэтому российских запрет на импорт продуктов питания из ряда стран, которые ввели антироссийские санкции, серьезно ослабил позиции компании на российском рынке. Согласно прошлой отчетности в 2014 году выручка универмагов Stockmann в России составила €240 млн, операционный убыток — €26 млн (в 2013‑м убыток равнялся €6,4 млн).
В своей отчетности в четверг финский ретейлер также сообщил, что по плану в 2016 году закроет десять оставшихся магазинов Lindex в России (в 2015 году было закрыто девять магазинов). Ранее, в феврале 2014‑го, Stockmann объявлял о планах по закрытию магазинов Seppälä в России, на 1 июня того года их было еще 27 — в Петербурге, Москве, Волгограде, Екатеринбурге, Казани, Омске и др.

Первый российский магазин финского ретейлера открылся в московском ГУМе в 1989 году как совместное советско-финское предприятие «Калинка-Стокманн». В 1998‑м уже обычный магазин Stockmann открылся в торгцентре «Смоленский пассаж», где он проработал до 2009 года. В отчетности за 2014 год Stockmann называл российский рынок одним из основных: в структуре выручки группы на Россию тогда приходилось 15,6%, больше доля только у Финляндии — 47,9%, а также совокупно у Швеции и Норвегии — 27,9%. Сейчас Stockmann работает в 16 странах мира. По итогам 2015 года выручка Stockmann в России и странах Балтии снизилась до €179 млн с €209,1 млн в 2014 году, операционный убыток составил €5 млн после прибыли в размере €3,8 млн годом ранее.
