Введение платы за сервисы «Яндекс.Карты» и «Яндекс.Навигатор» может привести к массовому переходу коммерческих пользователей к конкурентам. Об этом РБК рассказали представители таксомоторных компаний.
О том, что «Яндекс» намерен брать плату за использование своих навигационных сервисов, в понедельник сообщил «Коммерсантъ». Инициатива, в частности, коснется таксомоторных компаний, экспедиторских и курьерских служб, а также фирм, которые занимаются перевозкой грузов. Начало тестирования нового формата намечено на 1 мая.
Намерение «Яндекса» брать плату за использование своих навигационных сервисов «стало неожиданностью» для межрегионального профсоюза работников общественного транспорта, заявил РБК председатель организации Ярослав Щербинин. По его словам, альтернативы сервисам «Яндекса» на рынке есть, причем бесплатные. С ним согласен председатель профсоюза столичных таксистов Вячеслав Смирнов. «Использование приложения зависит от водителя. Уже сейчас есть много навигаторов, которыми пользуются таксисты, часто это зависит от платформы телефона, есть разные удобные приложения для Android или iOS», — сообщил Смирнов.
Директор по коммуникациям Uber в России и СНГ Ирина Гущина заявила РБК, что переход «Яндекс.Навигатор» на коммерческую основу «не станет проблемой для перевозчиков Uber». «Водителям Uber предоставляется выбор: либо пользоваться навигатором внутри приложения Uber, либо пользоваться любым другим навигатором», — пояснила она.
Управляющий делами службы заказа такси «Ангел» Игорь Медведев рассказал РБК, что о планах «Яндекса» сделать платными свои приложения было известно давно. Медведев отметил, что для «Яндекса» создается большой риск того, что «бизнесы просто уйдут от этого сервиса к другому». По его словам, плюсом «Яндекса» по сравнению с другими сервисами является возможность построения альтернативных маршрутов в объезд пробок на дорогах. «Но опять же, откуда «Яндекс» берет эти данные? Большая часть трафика поступает с устройств [водителей такси]. Если они создадут ситуацию, когда количество этих устройств уменьшится, то качество построения альтернативных маршрутов ухудшится», — пояснил он.
Генеральный директор «Такси Ритм» Дамир Курмаев рассказал РБК, что «сейчас большая часть таксистов компании пользуются навигатором от «Яндекс». «Но если приложение будет использоваться только на коммерческой основе, то для таксопарка будет выбрана другая альтернатива», — констатировал Курмаев.
Директор по связям с общественностью «Яндекса» Очир Манджиков заявил РБК, что качество сервисов «Яндекс.Навигатор» и «Яндекс.Карты» не ухудшится после введения платы за их использование. «На точность пробок введение лицензий не повлияет, большинство данных о загруженности движения мы получаем от обычных пользователей», — пояснил он.
По словам Манджикова, введение платы не коснется обычных пользователей, но имеет отношение к сторонним приложениям. «Речь идет об использовании «Навигатора» сторонними приложениями, которые на программном уровне связаны с «Навигатором», именно для них мы готовим новый отдельный продукт, доступ к которому будет по лицензии. При этом для таких приложений останется возможность использовать продукты бесплатно в рамках установленных лимитов», — пояснил он.
Манджиков также отметил, что скорые и экстренные службы бесплатно используют другое решение — API «Яндекс.Карты». «Для них все также останется бесплатно. Эксперимент с лицензиями коснется только приложений сторонних разработчиков», — заявил он.
В департаменте транспорта Москвы РБК сообщили, что вопрос введения платы за пользование навигационными сервисами «Яндекс» для таксомоторных компаний не входит в их компетенцию.
