Эксперты признали вменяемой православную активистку, арестованную за погром в Манеже
Православная активистка Людмила Есипенко, заключенная под домашний арест по делу о погроме на выставке Вадима Сидура в столичном Манеже летом 2015 года, признана вменяемой. Эксперты не нашли у нее психических отклонений, она в полной мере осознает свои действия, сообщила ТАСС адвокат Оксана Михалкина.
По ее словам, ее подзащитная 14 апреля покинет Психиатрическую клиническую больницу N1 им. Н.А. Алексеева, где ей проводили комплексную психолого-психиатрическую экспертизу. В течение двух недель следователю будет выдано заключение специалистов. Все следственные действия по делу должны завершиться уже до конца апреля, добавила юрист.
18 марта Симоновский суд Москвы по ходатайству следствия заключил Есипенко под домашний арест сроком на один месяц. При этом суд разрешил Есипенко ежедневно в течение трех часов посещать храм Вознесения Господня.
Активистке предъявлены обвинения по ст. 243 (“Уничтожение или повреждение объектов культурного наследия или культурных ценностей”) УК РФ. Она является единственным фигурантом резонансного дела о погроме на выставке.
14 августа прошлого года православные активисты во главе с главой движения “Божья воля” Дмитрием Энтео ворвались в московский Манеж, где в те дни проходила выставка “Скульптуры, которых мы не видим”. Под предлогом того, что работы якобы оскорбляют чувства верующих, злоумышленники повредили несколько экспонатов.
По данным полиции, ущерб, причиненный четырем экспонатам выставки, составил около 196 тысяч рублей. В самом Манеже ущерб оценили более чем в миллион рублей. Сам Энтео утверждал, что никакого ущерба выставке “Божья воля” не нанесла. Адвокат Есипенко настаивает, что поврежденные ценности представляют собой “четыре куска линолеума с гротескным изображением Иисуса и Девы Марии”.
