По факту смертельного ДТП с маршруткой в Волгограде возбуждено уголовное дело
В Волгограде возбуждено уголовное дело по факту ДТП с маршруткой, при котором погибли два человека и пострадали семеро. Об этом ТАСС сообщила представитель областного МВД Светлана Смольянинова.
ЧП произошло в пятницу днем: на улице Песчаной в Кировском районе фура на большой скорости столкнулась с маршруткой. Погибли два человека, семеро были госпитализированы. Первоначально сообщалось, что по встречной полосе ехала маршрутка, однако затем в мэрии уточнили, что виновником ДТП является водитель грузовика, который не справился с управлением и выехал на “встречку”.
“35-летний водитель фуры взят под стражу в качестве подозреваемого. Следователь будет в суде ходатайствовать об избрании ему меры пресечения в виде ареста. Установлено, что на момент аварии водитель был трезв. Назначены автотехническая и судебная экспертизы”, – сказала Смольянинова. Дело возбуждено по статье “Нарушение правил дорожного движения, повлекшее по неосторожности смерть двух или более лиц”.
Погибшие – это водитель маршрутки и 10-летний мальчик. Еще пять пассажиров получили травмы, среди них семилетний ребенок и два подростка по 15 и 16 лет. В больницу доставлены также водитель и пассажир легковушки Audi, попавшей под удар грузовика Volvo.
