По факту взрыва фейерверка в толпе зрителей в Дзержинске возбуждено дело
Взрыв праздничного фейерверка в толпе зрителей в Дзержинске Нижегородской области обернулся уголовным делом: следствие возбудило его по факту гибели женщины 1951 года рождения. Ранения из-за взрыва получили еще семь человек. В СК также уточнили: взорвался элемент салюта, а не петарда, пущенная кем-либо из зрителей.
“Следственным отделом по г. Дзержинск… по факту гибели человека возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 2 ст. 238 УК РФ (оказание услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности жизни или здоровья потребителей, повлекли по неосторожности смерть человека)”, – говорится в сообщении управления СК по Нижегородской области.
В СУ СК так описали инцидент: “Во время праздничного салюта один из элементов неразорвавшегося
фейерверка упал в людей, пришедших на праздник, в результате чего погибла женщина 1951 года рождения”. По данным источников, предполагается, что пиротехнический снаряд задел световую опору и от нее отрикошетил в толпу.
Всего за медицинской помощью обратились 7 человек. Двоих – женщину
1985 г. рождения и мужчину 1981 г. рождения – госпитализировали в горбольницу с телесными повреждениями различной ступени тяжести. В региональном СУ СКР “Интерфаксу” сообщили, что госпитализированные пострадавшие получили ожоги. Степень тяжести не уточняется.
Утром в воскресенье следователи допрашивали свидетелей, а также сотрудников ООО “Мастер групп”, которое проводило праздничный фейерверк. Назначены и готовятся ряд экспертиз по делу.
