СМИ: ФСБ помешала американским журналистам взять интервью у рабочего “Олимпстроя”, жаловавшегося на пытки в полиции
Пятеро сотрудников ФСБ пришли в дом бывшего работника “Олимпстроя” Мардироса Демерчяна, когда тот собирался дать интервью съемочной группе американского телеканала HBO. Об этом сам Демерчян рассказал порталу “Кавказский узел”.
Эту информацию также подтвердил переводчик журналистов, продюсер Дмитрий Салтыковский. По его словам, съемочную группу поразила история строителя, и они решили встретиться с ним и узнать развитие сюжета. “Мы согласовали встречу, хозяева пригласили нас в дом, и Демерчян рассказал нам, что история до сих пор не имеет своего логического конца, что его продолжают преследовать и фабриковать против него дело”, – заявил Салтыковский.
Он сообщил, что возле дома Демерчяна к съемочной группе подошел мужчина, представившийся сотрудником ФСБ, и потребовал покинуть территорию, поскольку она является пограничной зоной, где съемки запрещены. При этом адвокат Александр Бойченко отметил, что никаких специальных знаков возле дома строителя не было.
Бойченко также добавил, что Демерчян имел полное право давать интервью и беседовать с американскими журналистами, а сотрудники ФСБ нарушили его конституционные права на свободу слова и мнения и на неприкосновенность жилища.
В пятницу вечером сотрудники пограничной службы ФСБ провели задержание съемочной группы американского телеканала HBO. Журналисты были задержаны на территории приграничной зоны. Как сообщалось, интерес американцев вызвали многоквартирные дома, пустующие после Олимпиады-2014.
Напомним, в марте 2013 года, когда в Сочи вовсю шла подготовка к Олимпиаде, Мардирос Демерчян устроился работать на один из олимпийских объектов, в компанию ООО “Даурия-строй”. Фирма занималась проведением электричества в дома для волонтеров, построенных на месте старого казачьего рынка в Адлерском районе. По словам Демерчяна, при трудоустройстве он получил аванс и несколько месяцев проработал бесплатно, поверив обещаниям работодателя. Затем вместо обещанных 90 тысяч рублей ему выплатили только 37 тысяч.
12 июня 2013 года Демерчян по просьбе бывшего работодателя явился на объект, так как представитель компании пообещал выплатить им оставшуюся часть зарплаты. На стройке мужчину ждали оперативники. Они задержали электрика и доставили его в отделение полиции в поселке Блиново, где потребовали дать признательные показания в краже кабеля со стройки. При этом полицейские намекнули, что дела о воровстве не будет, если рабочий не станет больше требовать свою зарплату.
Демерчян провел ночь в отделении полиции. Все это время пятеро полицейских поочередно избивали его, надев на руки боксерские перчатки, заявлял задержанный. Кроме того, рабочий, по его словам, подвергся изнасилованию металлической трубой. От страха за свою жизнь он подписал чистый лист бумаги, который ему дали оперативники.
8 декабря 2014 года прокурор попросил суд назначить Демерчяну наказание в виде 300 часов обязательных работ, так как он “ввел в заблуждение орган предварительного следствия, который потратил время, материальные ресурсы и направил свои усилия на проверку информации”. По ч. 1 ст. 306 УК РФ строителю грозили два года тюрьмы. Однако в апреле 2015 года судья Краснодарского краевого суда Наталья Голышева отменила решение Адлерского районного суда, а дело направлено в прокуратуру на дополнительное расследование.
