Стоимость барреля Brent на бирже ICE выросла на 6% на фоне ожиданий введения ограничений на добычу нефти
Рост мировых нефтяных цен в преддверии саммита ОПЕК ускорился после сообщений о том, что члены нефтяного картеля стали ближе к заключению соглашения о сокращении добычи нефти.
На фоне оптимистических заявлений глав нефтяных ведомств Ирана и Саудовской Аравии стоимость барреля Brent на бирже ICE менее чем за час взлетела почти на 6%, достигнув на максимуме отметки $50,15. Выше $50 стоимость барреля Brent поднялась впервые с 28 октября 2016 года.
Рост нефтяных котировок привел к новому укреплению рубля. Курс доллара на Московской бирже снизился до 64,73 руб., что примерно на 37 коп. ниже уровня закрытия предыдущих торгов. Одновременно с этим курс евро упал более чем на 40 коп., опустившись ниже 69 руб., до 68,9 руб.
«В преддверии решения ОПЕК по ограничению добычи нефти и в отсутствие поддержки от налогового периода рубль торгуется несколько выше своих справедливых уровней. В случае негативного решения ОПЕК можно ожидать краткосрочного движения к уровням 66 руб./долл. и выше. В то же время позитивное решение, которое все еще возможно, позволит рублю показать укрепление к отметке 62–63 руб./долл.», — отмечается в прогнозе Нордеа Банка.
Достигнув пика, цена Brent пошла вниз на фоне заявления министра энергетики, промышленности и минеральных ресурсов Саудовской Аравии Халида аль-Фалиха, что заморозка Россией добычи на текущем уровне ОПЕК не устроит.
К 12:45 мск стоимость барреля нефти на бирже ICE составляла $49,6.
