«Газпрому» предсказали падение до исторического минимума
По итогам 2015 года совокупная добыча газа «Газпромом» может сократиться до исторического минимума в 418–419 млрд кубометров, сообщает «Интерфакс» со ссылкой на источники в газовой отрасли. Заместитель главы «Газпрома» Виталий Маркелов отказался прокомментировать агентству этот прогноз, сказав лишь: «Давайте доживем до конца года».
Источник, близкий к производственному блоку концерна, подтвердил «Интерфаксу», что в текущем балансе газа заложен объем добычи, несколько превышающий 418 млрд кубометров. Однако он не стал конкретизировать плановые значения после запятой, заметив: «А вдруг сейчас как морозы ударят?»
Первоначально план добычи на 2015 год был определен «Газпромом» в 487,4 млрд кубометров, затем он последовательно снижался до 471 млрд, 444,6 млрд и 427 млрд кубометров.
В 2014 году на месторождениях «Газпрома» было добыто 443,9 млрд кубометров газа, что примерно на 9% ниже уровня, достигнутого в 2013 году. Минимальный за предыдущее десятилетие уровень добычи был зафиксирован в 2009 году, когда «Газпрому» удалось выкачать из недр лишь 461,5 млрд кубометров.
Ранее сообщалось, что по итогам сентября 2015 года «Газпром» увеличил добычу газа впервые с лета 2014 года — до этого добыча падала в течение 14 месяцев. Согласно опубликованному в июле прогнозу Минэкономразвития, по итогам 2015 года добыча «Газпрома» упадет до рекордного минимума в 414 млрд кубометров.
В октябре 2015 года глава «Газпрома» Алексей Миллер спрогнозировал падение добычи газа в Европе (с 267 млрд кубометров в 2015 году до менее чем 200 млрд кубометров в 2025 году) и, как следствие, рост потребления российского газа, в том числе на фоне роста спроса со стороны энергетики.
«Российские газовые ресурсы просто нечем заменить», — выразил уверенность Миллер.
В начале декабря начальник департамента «Газпрома» Виталий Хатьков сообщил, что в 2016 году компания впервые с 2008 года может понести убытки от продаж газа на внутрироссийском рынке, по итогам года чистый убыток может составить 33,5 млрд руб.
