Глава самопровозглашенной ДНР Александр Захарченко объявил Киеву торговую блокаду. Свое решение он обосновал тем, что жители Донбасса давно живут в подобных условиях и теперь пришла очередь ДНР ответить Киеву тем же

Глава самопровозглашенной республики напомнил, что ДНР продавала уголь и получала деньги, но вскоре лишилась этой возможности из-за блокирования бывшими участниками АТО участков грузового железнодорожного сообщения с неподконтрольной Киеву территорией Донбасса.

«Мы рубим все связи с Украиной, с которой воюем. Да, продавали уголь, чтобы получать деньги и платить зарплату здесь. Но за счет того, что мы научились жить в блокаде, мы объявляем блокаду Украине», — сказал он на пресс-конференции в пятницу (цитата по «РИА Новости»).

В начале февраля украинские активисты заблокировали железную дорогу близ города Бахмут в Донецкой области с целью «не допустить торговлю с сепаратистами».

Также заблокированной оказалась спустя три дня после обострения вооруженного конфликта в Донбассе дорога около города Авдеевка.

Ситуация в Донбассе резко обострилась 29 января — в этот день начались бои между силами ДНР и украинской армией под Авдеевкой, которая уже побывала в эпицентре боев в 2014 году. Обе стороны тогда взаимно обвинили друг друга в обострении ситуации в Донбассе.
