Новак заявил о готовности продолжить переговоры по заморозке добычи нефти
Россия готова вернуться к обсуждению вопроса о заморозке добычи нефти, если страны-производители возобновят переговоры. Об этом журналистам сообщил министр энергетики Александр Новак, передает ТАСС.
При этом ситуацию с ценой на нефть министр охарактеризовал как «нормальную» и «стабильную».
«Если в этом будет целесообразность и необходимость, если какие-то страны, в том числе и ОПЕК, будут с такой инициативой выходить консолидированно, чтобы действительно иметь какие-то перспективы по достижению договоренностей, то я думаю, что мы можем, безусловно, рассмотреть этот вопрос [о заморозке добычи]», — отметил Новак, добавив, что инициатором переговоров была не Россия. В данном случае речь идет об общей консолидированной позиции нескольких стран, уточнил министр.
На прошлой неделе Bloomberg узнал, что члены ОПЕК перестали рассматривать варианты с заморозкой добычи нефти, поскольку произошедшие изменения на рынке сделали этот шаг ненужным. Со ссылкой на шесть источников в картеле агентство сообщило, что сейчас у ОПЕК нет предложений по ограничению добычи к июньскому саммиту.
В апреле члены ОПЕК, а также не входящие в картель страны-производители нефти провели встречу в Дохе, где в итоге им не удалось достичь консенсуса по вопросу добычи нефти. После Новак заявил, что дальнейшие консультации по заморозке добычи будут иметь смысл, если члены ОПЕК придут к единому мнению.
