На открытии торгов в 10:00 мск американская валюта подешевела до 64,88 руб. В это же время курс евро опустился до минимального значения в этом году — 72,68 руб.
Последний раз $1 стоил дешевле 65 руб. 18 мая. В тот день биржевой курс доллара в ходе торгов опускался до 64,84 руб.
Рубль укрепился на фоне роста цен нефти. Утром 26 мая июльские фьючерсы нефти марки Brent торговались на уровне $50 за баррель, по состоянию на 10:04 мск его стоимость составляла $50,14. Ранее в ходе торгов на Лондонской бирже цена барреля нефти Brent впервые с ноября 2015 года поднималась выше $50.
Официальный курс евро к рублю установлен Банком России с 26 мая на уровне 73,46 руб., курс доллара — 65,89 руб.
В последние месяцы курс рубля отстает от динамики на рынке нефти: рубль укрепляется медленнее, чем Brent, говорит аналитик «Открытие Брокер» Андрей Кочетков. Он полагает, что это связано с действиями ЦБ по регулированию рынка, например, через предоставление рублевой ликвидности.

«Сейчас при достижении многомесячных максимумов на рынке нефти рубль не укрепляется так же стремительно. Участники рынка не ставят на рост рубля», — говорит Кочетков. По его мнению, доллар не упадет ниже 64–65 руб. даже при цене на нефть выше $50.
