Берлинская прокуратура начала предварительное расследование в отношении корреспондента Первого канала Ивана Благого – автора сюжета о якобы похищенной и изнасилованной русскоязычной девочке Лизе Ф. Об этом заявил DW адвокат Мартин Лютле, чья просьба проверить законность сюжета, который он посчитал пропагандистским, стала основанием для открытия уголовного дела.
Лютле сообщил, что уведомление о начале расследования означает, что в ведомстве “изучают предоставленные доказательства”. На данный момент в отношении Ивана Благого существует “простое подозрение” (Anfangsverdacht), что необходимо для начала дознания, пояснил адвокат.
В сюжете Первого канала его автор, журналист Иван Благой, рассказал об истории предполагаемого изнасилования в Берлине 13-летней русскоязычной девочки мигрантами из арабских стран. Лютле посчитал, что телесюжет снят в духе российской пропаганды и служит для разжигания межнациональной розни. Он полагает, что если подозрения подтвердятся, российскому журналисту грозит от трех месяцев до пяти лет тюремного заключения.
Благой рассказал, что несовершеннолетнюю девочку Лизу похитили, когда она шла в школу. Затем тетя девочки в интервью каналу заявила, будто девочку уговорил сесть в машину “иностранец, похожий на уроженца Ближнего Востока” и увез ее в квартиру, где ее держали и насиловали более трех суток.
Немецкая газета Die Welt посмотрела на произошедшее более широко и заподозрила российские власти в попытке дестабилизации ситуации в Германии: “Обычно Кремль использует дезинформацию в целях дестабилизации против стран вроде Украины, которые он хочет контролировать. Но теперь целью пропагандистской агрессии стала Германия”.
Представитель городской прокуратуры Берлина Мартин Штельтнер позднее сообщил, что дело 13-летней Лизы из Берлина раскрыто. По данным властей, в течение 30 часов отсутствия девочки не были совершены “ни изнасилование, ни вообще какие-либо сексуальные действия”. В ночь своего исчезновения 11 января девочка пряталась от родителей дома у своего друга. При этом в прокуратуре продолжается следствие по делу о сексуальном насилии в отношении девочки, совершенном до 11 января. По этому делу проходят двое мужчин турецкого происхождения.
