Нарышкин призывает отменить санкции против депутатов – это “бесстыдство”
Санкции против парламентариев недопустимы, и эту практику следует прекратить, заявил председатель Госдумы Сергей Нарышкин в Улан-Баторе во время сессии Парламентской ассамблеи ОБСЕ. Он подготовил на рассмотрение коллег проект соответствующей резолюции.
“Мы оцениваем это как недопустимые действия, как наступление на
ценности парламентской дипломатии. И такое не должно повторяться, потому
что это проявление политического бесстыдства и игнорирования принципов
открытого международного диалога”, – цитирует Нарышкина ТАСС. Об этом глава Госдумы заявил после встречи с председателем ПА ОБСЕ Илккой Канерва.
“Я внес на площадку ПА ОБСЕ проект резолюции, запрещающий какие-либо санкции в отношении парламентариев и рассчитываю, что в ближайшее время резолюция будет рассмотрена и принята парламентской ассамблеей”, – сообщил спикер Госдумы. (Цитата по “Дождю”.)
Как отметил спикер, ранее “действия Европейского Союза и чиновников
Финляндии не позволили участвовать российской делегации в юбилейной
сессии в ПА ОБСЕ в Хельсинки”. К сожалению, добавил он, подобная ситуация повторилась и в
Нью-Йорке, когда администрация США помешала участию российской делегации
во главе со спикером Совета Федерации Валентины Матвиенко в конференции
Межпарламентского союза.
Нарышкин возглавляет делегацию российских парламентариев на
осенней сессии ПА, которая проходит 15-18 сентября в столице Монголии.
Российская делегация в июле отказалась от участия в летней сессии ПА ОБСЕ в Хельсинки из-за решения финских властей об отказе во въезде попавшим под европейские санкции политикам, в первую очередь, самому Нарышкину.
