В пятницу, 8 апреля, посол Венесуэлы в Мадриде Марио Исэа был вызван в Министерство иностранных дел и сотрудничества Испании, сообщает ТАСС со ссылкой на агентство EFE.
По его данным, дипломата вызвали после оскорбительных выражений президента Венесуэлы Николаса Мадуро в адрес исполняющего обязанности председателя правительства Испании Мариано Рахоя. В четверг, 7 апреля, лидер латиноамериканского государства назвал премьера-министра пиренейского королевства “расистом, колонизаторским и коррумпированным мусором”.
Испанские власти вызывают посла Венесуэлы из-за подобных высказываний Мадуро уже в пятый раз с декабря 2014 года.
Как отмечает ТАСС, отношения между Мадридом и Каракасом стали ухудшаться после октября 2014 года. Тогда Рахой встретился с Лилиан Тинтори – супругой лидера венесуэльской оппозиции Леопольдо Лопеса. Оппозиционер приговорен в своей стране к 13 годам и девяти месяцам лишения свободы за “призывы к гражданскому неповиновению, создание преступной организации, нанесение ущерба чужому имуществу и поджог”.
Напомним, ранее на этой неделе испанские СМИ опубликовали документы, свидетельствующие о получении испанскими левыми финансирования от покойного главы Венесуэлы Уго Чавеса.
Всего испанские левые получили от венесуэльского правительства 7 168 090 евро, выплаченных в несколько приемов. В результате деятельности “боливарианского движения”, по мнению журналистов, в 2014 году в Испании была создана левая партия Podemos. При этом оплата экспорта “чавизма” может рассматриваться как злоупотребление бюджетными деньгами правительствами Чавеса и Мадуро.
На парламентских выборах в декабре 2015 года партия получила 21% голосов, что обеспечило ей 69 мест в нижней палате.
Напомним также, что отношения Испании с правительством Мадуро не задались с самого начала – в апреле 2013 года власти Испании отказались признать избрание Мадуро президентом.
