В Карабахе подсчитали прямой ущерб от апрельского конфликта с Азербайджаном
Власти Нагорного Карабаха оценили в 400-500 миллионов драмов (800 тысяч – 1 миллион долларов) прямой ущерб от военного противостояния с Азербайджаном в начале апреля. С таким заявлением, как сообщает “Интерфакс”, сегодня выступил премьер-министр НКР Араик Арутюнян.
Он отметил, что ущерб оценивается по двум категориям: прямой и косвенный. Косвенный ущерб оценить сейчас не представляется возможным: это предполагаемое негативное воздействие на малый и средний бизнес, поведение инвесторов, активность в сельском хозяйстве в весенний период. Реальный ущерб будет подсчитан до конца года.
При этом он отметил, что республика получила помощь в размере 7 миллиардов драмов (14,5 миллиона долларов), в том числе 4 миллиарда денежной помощи. Часть помощи направлена на нужды армии и населения, часть складирована.
Напомним, обстановка на линии соприкосновения конфликтующих сторон резко обострилась в ночь на 2 апреля: начались ожесточенные вооруженные столкновения. Стороны конфликта обвинили друг друга в нарушении многолетнего перемирия.
5 апреля в Москве при посредничестве России состоялась встреча начальников генштабов двух сторон. На встрече была достигнута договоренность о прекращении военных операций на линии соприкосновения войск Азербайджана и Армении. В этот же день минобороны Азербайджана и Армении заявили о прекращении с 11:00 огня на линии соприкосновения войск в Нагорном Карабахе.
10 апреля Азербайджан и Нагорный Карабах произвели обмен телами военнослужащих, погибших в ходе столкновений. Сколько тел стороны вернули в ходе обмена, не уточнялось. Ранее Азербайджан и Карабах сообщали о сотнях убитых противников. Несмотря на перемирие, сообщения о случаях нарушения режима продолжают появляться.
