Украинский авиаконцерн “Антонов” объявил о своей ликвидации
Всемирно известный украинский авиаконцерн “Антонов”, выпускавший самые крупные в мире самолеты Ан-124 “Руслан” и Ан-225 “Мрия”, объявил о своем закрытии, передает ТАСС. Входящие в него предприятия продолжат деятельность под другим названием.
Правительство Украины постановило: концерн ликвидируется, а входившие в его состав предприятия передаются “Укроборонпрому” “в связи с отсутствием участников”. Как пояснила пресс-служба Министерства экономического развития и торговли Украины, все три предприятия, которые входили в концерн, в 2015 году вышли из его состава и были включены в концерн “Укроборонпром”.
Кабинет министров Украины также поручил Минэкономразвития создать ликвидационную комиссию и организовать ликвидацию концерна.
Ранее в состав концерна входили само предприятие “Антонов”, а также Харьковское государственное авиационное производственное предприятие и государственное предприятие “Завод 410 ГА” в Киеве. 14 сентября 2015 года концерн “Антонов” был выведен из состава российско-украинского совместного предприятия “ОАК-Антонов”, которое занималось разработкой ряда новых самолетов.
В декабре прошлого года авиастроительный концерн “Антонов” отказался в центре скандала, когда решил назвать новый самолет Ан-178 в честь украинского националиста Степана Бандеры. Позже руководство предприятия
изменило решение, чтобы не допустить использования бренда “АН” в политическом противостоянии.
Тем не менее заместитель главы российского правительства Дмитрий Рогозин, курирующий военно-промышленный комплекс страны, успел поучаствовать в скандале, заявив, что Россия
назовет в ответ истребитель-перехватчик “СМЕРШ”.
Российско-украинский кризис, заметим, негативно сказывается на производстве самолетов и деталей для них в обеих странах. Так, летом 2015 года самарская компания “Авиакор – авиационный завод” заявила о приостановлении программы выпуска самолетов Ан-140 из-за санкций Украины.
Ан-140 был разработан АНТК “Антонов”. Лайнер может перевозить до 52 пассажиров на расстояния до 2,3 тысяч километров. Самолет серийно производится на Харьковском государственном авиационном производственном предприятии и на самарском авиационном заводе “Авиакор”.
Экспорт деталей для военной техники в Россию перестали осуществлять украинские партнеры, в том числе производивший двигатели завод “Мотор-Сич”. “Мотор-Сич” также обеспечивал поставку двигателей для многоцелевых вертолетов Ми-8/17, Ка-32, вертолетов Ми-24 и Ми-28. Вообще, украинские предприятия производят довольно много компонентов для российской техники. Например, двигатели для пассажирских самолетов Ан-140 и Ан-148, силовые установки для российских кораблей, межконтинентальные ракеты Р-36М2 “Воевода”, российско-украинские ракеты-носители “Днепр”.
