Владимир Евтушенков решил не требовать возмещения ущерба от государства
Мажоритарный акционер и глава совета директоров АФК «Система» Владимир Евтушенков после снятия с него обвинений в отмывании денежных средств не собирается добиваться выплаты компенсации от государства.
«Не планирую», — ответил Евтушенков на вопрос корреспондента РБК о том, будет ли он требовать компенсацию ущерба от государства. Деталей бизнесмен не уточнил.
Ранее сегодня стало известно о прекращении уголовного дела, возбужденного в 2014 году в отношении Евтушенкова. Тогда бизнесмена обвинили в причастности к отмыванию денежных средств при покупке в 2009 году акций «Башнефти» и других предприятий башкирского топливно-энергетического сектора у структур Урала Рахимова — сына экс-главы республики. В сообщении АФК «Система» отмечается, что дело прекращено в связи с отсутствием состава преступления.
Как рассказал РБК адвокат Владимир Козин, в постановлении Следственного комитета России (СКР) о прекращении дела в отношении Евтушенкова говорится, что бизнесмен имеет право на реабилитацию и возмещение ущерба.
