В Москву из Сербии экстрадировали совладельца туроператора “Лабиринт”
Совладелец туроператора “Лабиринт” Сергей Азарсков, задержанный в Сербии, был доставлен в Москву, сообщает “Интерфакс” со ссылкой на МВД России. Его подозревают в мошенничестве: по мнению российских следователей, от деятельности его компаний пострадали 18 тысяч граждан.
“Сегодня сотрудниками правоохранительных органов Сербии Азарсков передан сотрудникам НЦБ Интерпола МВД России и ФСИН России и экстрадирован на родину”, – рассказали в министерстве.
Азарскова задержали летом 2015 года, когда он по личным делам выехал из Сербии в Черногорию. Позже местный суд санкционировал арест россиянина на период рассмотрения запроса об экстрадиции.
Напомним, летом 2014 года принадлежащие Сергею Азарскову и его деловому партнеру Михаилу Шаманову туроператоры ООО “Лабиринт”, ЗАО “Лабиринт-Т”, ООО “Компания Лабиринт” и “Идеал-тур” объявили о приостановке деятельности. В итоге пострадали тысячи российских туристов, которые оказались брошенными за рубежом без поддержки и денег, перечисленных ими туроператору. Прокуратура начала проверку деятельности турфирм.
По версии следствия, в декабре 2013 года Азарсков и Шаманов разработали преступный план хищения денежных средств клиентов туркомпаний. Для этого обвиняемые склонили представителей группы компаний “Лабиринт”, оказывающих различные туристические услуги, к продаже большей части акций и долей в уставных капиталах Азарскову, чтобы установить контроль над организациями, сообщали в СК. Затем подельники, получая деньги от клиентов, предназначенные для покупки авиабилетов, перевели их на счет подконтрольной им организации. В ходе следствия было установлено не менее 18 тысяч пострадавших.
Как подсчитали следователи, руководство турфирм похитило не менее 100 миллионов рублей своих клиентов. Обвинения в совершении преступления по ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ (“Мошенничество в особо крупном размере”) Азарскову и Шаманову были предъявлены заочно в 2014 году.
