Глава Агентства национальной безопасности США тайно посетил Израиль
Глава Агентства национальной безопасности (АНБ) США адмирал Майкл Роджерс тайно посетил Израиль на прошлой неделе и встретился с представителями военной разведки этой страны. Об этом сообщает сайт NEWSru Israel со ссылкой на израильскую газету Haaretz.
Издание ссылается на высокопоставленных чиновников в Иерусалиме. По их данным, Роджерс встречался с представителями секретного подразделения 8200 и обсуждал с ними перспективы сотрудничества в сфере кибернетической защиты в случае нападения со стороны Ирана или радикального ливанского движения “Хизбаллах”.
Как пишет Haaretz, адмирал Роджерс был официальным гостем командира подразделения 8200, однако встречался и с иными представителями разведывательного сообщества, кроме главы военной разведки генерал-майора Герци Алеви. Не встречался он и с начальником генерального штаба ЦАХАЛа генерал-лейтенантом Гади Айзенкотом. Отмечается, что Майкл Роджерс является и командующим кибернетическими силами армии США.
Отметим, что визит высокопоставленного американского военного чиновника в Израиль прошел на фоне продолжающихся испытаний Ираном баллистических ракет. Кроме того, генсек “Хизбаллах” шейх Хасан Насралла недавно в интервью близкому к организации ливанскому телеканалу в очередной раз высказал угрозы в адрес Израиля.
В США и Израиле движение “Хизбаллах” много лет считают террористическим. Что касается Ирана, то его США внесли в список пяти глобальных угроз, в котором есть также и Россия.
В феврале 2016 года газета The New York Times сообщала, что первые годы работы администрации Барака Обамы (вступившего в должность президента США в январе 2009 года) американскими спецслужбами был разработан план глобальной кибератаки на Иран под кодовым названием Nitro Zeus.
Реализация данного плана должна была позволить нейтрализовать систему ПВО иранской армии, блокировать все средства телекоммуникации и вывести из строя ключевые элементы электроэнергетической системы страны. Кроме того, хакеры должны были остановить работу завода по обогащению урана Фордо.
США были готовы к кибератаке против Ирана в случае, если переговоры по ядерной программе Исламской республики не увенчались бы успехом. Но летом прошлого года, на фоне достигнутых договоренностей с Тегераном, Белый дом приостановил действие этого плана. The New York Times сообщала, что осуществление плана Nitro Zeus потребовало бы участия тысяч сотрудников разведывательных служб и Пентагона.
Глобальная кибератака представлялась администрации США одной из возможных альтернатив крупномасштабной войны против Ирана. В публикации отмечается, что в 2009-2010 годах Вашингтон всерьез опасался, что Израиль нанесет превентивный удар по Ирану.
