Исследование назвало регион России с самыми бедными семьями
Больше всего наличности после вычета из доходов минимальных расходов остается в семьях Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа (91 тысяча 227 рублей), на втором месте Чукотский автономный округ (89 983 рубля), на третьем – Москва (69 406).
Это следует из результатов ежегодного исследования, проведенного агентством РИА “Рейтинг”, входящим в медиагруппу “Россия сегодня”.
Регионом с самым низким уровнем благосостояния оказалась Псковская область. Там семьи с двумя детьми вплотную приблизились к черте бедности: у них остается чисто символическая сумма в 570 рублей. В 2015 году область также была на последнем месте, но тогда у семей с двумя детьми оставалось 8073 рубля.
В среднем по России по итогам прошлого года ежемесячно у семей с двумя детьми после минимальных трат остается 28,1 тысяч рублей, что на 13% меньше, чем годом ранее. Только в 15 регионах свободный остаток превышает среднее значение по стране, и их количество и состав по сравнению с итогом 2014 года не изменились.
Количество регионов, в которых у семьи остается менее 10 тысяч рублей, сокращалось несколько лет подряд, но по итогам 2015 года оно снова выросло до 26 (в 2014 году таких регионов было всего шесть, в 2013 году – семь, в 2012 году – 10, в 2011 году – 29).
Исследование базируется на двух показателях – данных о средних зарплатах в каждом регионе и значении прожиточных минимумов, которые для каждого региона свои. Эксперты смоделировали, как будет жить семья, где родители получают самую среднюю зарплату и воспитывают двоих несовершеннолетних детей.
Для этого доходы родителей суммировались и вычиталось четыре прожиточных минимума, два взрослых и два детских. Оставшуюся сумму эксперты предложили считать показателем благосостояния.
