Минэкономики Украины оценило рост цен “индексом кулича”: дрожжи прибавили 181%
Министерство экономики Украины на Пасху оценило рост цен с помощью шуточного индикатора – “индекса кулича”, в котором отражено изменение стоимости основных компонентов “по классическому рецепту”. Инфографика опубликована на странице ведомства в Facebook.
Среди ингридиентов кулича больше всего подорожали дрожжи (на 181% за год), изюм (+41,7%) и соль (+40%). Зато социально значимые товары подешевели: мука на 22%, а яйца – почти на 20%. В итоге, по подсчетам ведомства, 600-граммовый кулич к нынешней Пасхе обошелся в 22 гривны, подорожав на треть по сравнению с 2015-м годом.
По расчетам экспертов ведомства, наибольший вклад в рост цены внес изюм: стоимость сушеных ягод составила треть от всех затрат на праздничный кулич.
Также ведомство обращает внимание, что “индекс кулича” не является официальным макроэкономическим индикатором инфляции или роста потребительских цен. По прогнозу ведомства, в 2016 году цены должны вырасти на 113,5%.
