В Минэнерго назвали критическую для России цену нефти – 20 долларов
Российские нефтяные компании смогут пережить текущую ситуацию с ценами на нефть, лишь сократят инвестиции, но 20 долларов за баррель сорта Brent не выдержит никто. Об этом в четверг заявил в эфире РБК ТВ первый замминистра энергетики Алексей Текслер.
“Компании выдержат при текущем моменте – только перестанут делать инвестиции, 20 не выдержит никто”, – цитирует Текслера агентство РБК.
Из-за падения цены на нефть прежде всего страдает бюджет, напомнил высокопоставленный чиновник.
Так, в случае с нефтью Западной Сибири 75-80% стоимости нефти изымалось в бюджет. При 50 долларах за баррель поступления сократились до 30-31 доллара с барреля, при 30 за баррель – 12-13 долларов, а при 20 – до четырех долларов.
Алексей Текслер напомнил, что у российских компаний расходы на добычу нефти составляют 3-6 за баррель, в целом себестоимость (cash costs) – 15-16 за баррель. Поэтому отрасль сейчас чувствует себя “более-менее адекватно”.
Однако при дальнейшем снижении цен на нефть правительство может прибегнуть к “сложным решениям”.
