«Аэрофлот» оформил перевозки пассажиров «Трансаэро» в кредит
«Аэрофлот» оформил средства на перевозку пассажиров «Трансаэро» как кредиты авиакомпании. Об этом РИА Новости сообщил председатель совета директоров «Аэрофлота» Кирилл Андросов.
Он добавил, что компания предпринимает все усилия для возврата этих денежных средств и защиты своих интересов.
С начала сентября «Трансаэро» находится под операционным управлением «Аэрофлота». Кроме того, до 15 декабря «Аэрофлот» организует перевозку пассажиров «Трансаэро».
13 октября стало известно, что «Аэрофлот» подал иск к «Трансаэро» на 5 млрд руб., детали дела пока неизвестны. Ранее глава «Аэрофлота» Виталий Савельев сообщал, что в сентябре на перевозку пассажиров «Трансаэро» было потрачено 5 млрд руб.
Судьба второго по величине российского перевозчика решилась 1 октября: на совещании у премьер-министра Дмитрия Медведева было принято решение банкротить компанию без реструктуризации долга. Банкротство перевозчика уже инициировали Альфа-банк и Сбербанк, однако заявление последнего суд принять отказался.
Ранее президент России Владимир Путин отмечал, что компании, которые занимаются перевозкой пассажиров «Трансаэро», получат поддержку правительства. При этом в Росавиации ранее указывали, что компании будут помогать клиентам «Трансаэро» собственными силами.
