«Аэрофлот» подал второй иск к производителю Superjet на 2,1 млрд руб.
«Аэрофлот» подал иск в суд к АО «Гражданские самолеты Сухого» (ГСС), производителю самолетов Sukhoi Superjet-100 о взыскании около 2,1 млрд руб., следует из картотеки арбитражных дел. Иск был зарегистрирован Арбитражным судом Москвы 29 мая, следует из картотеки арбитражных дел.
К производству иск пока не принят. Представитель «Аэрофлота» отказался комментировать РБК поданный иск.
Это уже не первая претензия «Аэрофлота» к ГСС. Так, 22 мая сообщалось, что российский авиаперевозчик, который является крупнейшим эксплуатантом самолетов Sukhoi Superjet-100 (SSJ100), хотел через суд взыскать с производителя авиалайнеров более 576 млн руб. Данный иск был подан к производству, а предварительное судебное заседание было назначено на 6 июня 2017 года.
Знакомые с иском источники газеты «Ведомости» рассказали, что речь идет о контрактах на поставку первых десяти самолетов SSJ100. По договоренности с «Аэрофлотом» компания «Гражданские самолеты Сухого» обязалась компенсировать «Аэрофлоту» потери, которые перевозчик понесет, если он не сможет получить из федерального бюджета субсидии на уплату лизинговых платежей.
В распоряжении «Аэрофлота» три десятка самолетов SSJ100. В январе 2015 года авиакомпания договорилась на поставку еще 20 воздушных судов данного типа. Как сообщали «Ведомости», в контракте на поставку самолетов прописаны штрафные санкции в случае выявления неисправностей.
