АвтоВАЗ приостановил сборку Renault и Nissan из-за проблем с поставщиком
Сборочная линия остановлена из-за проблем с поставками комплектующих от нижегородской группы компаний «Автокомпонент». Компания сорвала поставки деталей для боковых зеркал заднего вида, передает ТАСС со ссылкой на заявление АвтоВАЗа.
Остановка линии отразилась на выпуске 1 тыс. автомобилей — по 200 седанов Renault Logan и Nissan Almera и 600 хетчбэков Renault Sandero. Сроки запуска линии пока не называются.
Компания отметила, что меняет свою стратегию работы с поставщиками и «намерена жестко реагировать на подобные ситуации» — конвейер будет останавливаться. Не допуская выпуска некомплектных автомобилей.
Предыдущий случай остановки конвейера из-за проблем с поставщиками у АвтоВАЗа произошел в июне — тогда автомобили перестали собирать из-за перебоев с поставками от французской Faurecia, тольяттинского «АвтоВАЗагрегата» и «ТПВ Рус», которые поставляли компоненты для автомобилей Lada Largus, Renault Logan, Nissan Almera, Lada Granta, Lada Kalina и Lada Priora. Проблемы касались поставок датчиков, сидений и выхлопных труб. Работу линий тогда удалось восстановить в течение суток.
Перед этим конвейер останавливался в октябре 2014 года — тогда из-за проблем с поставщиками на неделю встали линии Kalina и Granta. Проблемы с поставками комплектующих привели к увольнению директора по закупкам АвтоВАЗа Мариуша Напиорковски в ноябре 2014 года.
