Банкротство «Трансаэро» признали единственным способом решения проблемы
Участники переговоров о судьбе «Трансаэро» признали банкротство единственно возможным вариантом выхода из тяжелой экономической ситуации, в которую попала авиакомпания, сообщает Интерфакс со ссылкой на два источника, знакомые с ситуацией.
«Фактически только одно возможное решение остается. Другого нет», — пояснил агентству источник в финансово-экономическом блоке правительства, подчеркнув при этом, что решения такого масштаба должны утверждаться на политическом уровне. В четверг состоится совещание у премьера Дмитрия Медведева, напомнил источник.
Говоря о причинах, подталкивающих «Трансаэро» к банкротству, второй источник «Интерфакса» отметил, что акционеры авиакомпании так и не смогли консолидировать 75% + 1 акцию, а кредиторы не согласились на предложенную Сбербанком модель реструктуризации долга.
Ранее в четверг глава Сбербанка Герман Греф заявил журналистам, что спасти авиакомпанию «Трансаэро» от банкротства, скорее всего, уже не удастся.
Третьей причиной неизбежного краха «Трансаэро» источник Интерфакса назвал отказ Минфина предоставить для реструктуризации долгов компании госгарантии в размере 85 млрд руб., которые были обещаны на ранней стадии переговоров.
Инвесторы также все меньше верят в возможность спасения «Трансаэро» от банкротства. В ходе сегодняшних торгов на Московской бирже стоимость облигаций компании упала более чем на 40%.

Накануне, выступая перед журналистами в Совете Федерации, первый вице-премьер РФ Игорь Шувалов допустил возможность банкротства «Трансаэро». При этом Шувалов подчеркнул, что в первую очередь нужно думать о судьбе работающих в авиакомпании людей.
Ранее сообщалось, что «Трансаэро» должна банкам около 80 млрд руб., еще 150 млрд руб. — задолженность компании по лизингу за самолеты. Крупнейший кредитор среди банков — ВТБ, на него приходится 12,7 млрд руб., говорится в отчете «Трансаэро» за второй квартал 2015 года. На начало года перевозчик был должен Сбербанку около 5,4 млрд руб., сообщает человек, знакомый с финансовой отчетностью авиакомпании. «ВЭБ Лизинг» — крупнейший лизинговый партнер, которому «Трансаэро» задолжала около 55 млрд руб.
В середине сентября Греф заявлял, что дело может кончиться банкротством, если кредиторы «Трансаэро» не согласуют схему реструктуризации долгов авиакомпании до конца сентября.
На этой неделе «Трансаэро», которая с начала сентября находится под операционным управлением «Аэрофлота», оказалась под угрозой остановки. Накануне «Аэрофлот» разослал топливо-заправочным комплексам (ТЗК) аэропортов письмо, в котором предупредил, что с 0:00 30 сентября прекращает оплату заправки самолетов «Трансаэро», рассказал РБК источник в одном из крупных российских аэропортов и подтвердили чиновник одного из профильных федеральных ведомств, а также топ-менеджер крупного туроператора, сославшийся на свои источники в Росавиации. Но потом по настоятельной просьбе первого вице-премьера Игоря Шувалова «Аэрофлот» продлил дедлайн на два дня, до 0:00 2 октября, говорят собеседники РБК. Сейчас самолеты «Трансаэро» продолжают заправляться за счет «Аэрофлота», но кто будет оплачивать топливо после дедлайна, «не знает вообще никто», говорит топ-менеджер одной из крупных российских ТЗК.
В четверг утром стало известно, что аэропорт Анталии не выпускает три чартерных рейса российской авиакомпании «Трансаэро» — в Москву, Омск и Екатеринбург. Источник Интерфакса в аэропорту связал задержки рейсов авиакомпании на вылет из Анталии с долгами по обслуживанию воздушных судов.
