Гидравлические съемники и их применение
Разборка узлов и отдельных деталей машин и агрегатов требует применения специальных приспособлений, которые называются съемниками.
Различные конфигурации технологического инструмента помогают решать задачи по безопасному извлечению фланцев, подшипников, шестеренок, муфт и других запрессованных деталей или установленных с натягом на осях сложных механизмов.
Гидравлический съемник – описание и принцип работы
Надежный помощник для демонтажа узлов, весом в десятки килограмм, посаженные на огромные втулки, гидравлический съемник среди всего ассортимента специальных инструментов – самая практичная модель.
Простейшая конструкция включает в себя:
• лапы, концы которых загнуты внутрь, что позволяет крепко захватывать деталь; • нажимной шток;
• гидравлический насос;
• корпус.
Принцип работы съемника с гидроцилиндром заключается в создании мощного давления, которое приводит в движение нажимной шток. Последний упирается в вал детали, а лапы-захваты снимают ее за счет созданного усилия.
Преимущества
Гидравлическое оборудование удобно и надежно при использовании, оно позволяет оптимизировать ремонтные работы, сокращая время и затраты на демонтаж проблемных узлов. Среди основных достоинства применения гидравлических съемников можно выделить:
• возможность проникновения в ограниченные и труднодоступные места;
• равномерное распределение усилия позволяет проводить мягкий съем деталей, исключающий их повреждение;
• быстрая смена размеров захвата и регулировка необходимой глубины;
• прикипевшие детали снимаются за счет большого усилия, которое прикладывается к посадочной поверхности;
• встроенный манометр позволяет контролировать рабочее давление.
Сфера применения
Гидравлические съемники используются в автомастерских и СТО, на ремонтно-механических участках предприятий для демонтажа подшипников, втулок, муфт, фланцев, железнодорожных колес, гребных винтов, крыльчаток и других деталей и узлов, которые имеют посадку с натягом.
Модели с двумя лапами созданы для работы в ограниченных пространствах, а трехлапые – гарантируют более надежный захват.
Гидравлический съемник – простой и удобный инструмент, но качество проведения ремонтно-демонтажных работ зависит от правильно выбранной величины усилия, типа гидропривода, вида захвата и количества лап, подбора диапазонов глубины и ширины досягаемой области детали и других факторов, которые влияют на эффективность поставленной задачи.
Немаловажным моментом при проведении ремонтных работ по отделке пола в доме или квартире является установка плинтуса. Монтаж данных строительных деталей решает не только эстетические проблемы, устраняя зазоры между стеной и полом, но и практические. Некоторые современные виды плинтусов оборудованы пазами, сквозь которые можно провести электрические шнуры и кабели.
Существует несколько видов, основными среди них являются следующие: деревянные, пластиковые, а также изготовленные с применением такого материала, как МДФ. Какие бывают плинтусы и какой из них лучше выбрать? Каждый обладает как преимуществами, так и недостатками, а также может использоваться для различных видов напольных покрытий.
Какой вариант наиболее оптимален для отделки пола? Какие материалы предпочтитаемы? Для того, чтобы наиболее правильно и грамотно подойти к выбору, необходимо учитывать такие немаловажные аспекты, как напольное покрытие, особенности стен и пола, уровень влажности в ремонтируемом помещении, а также наличие и расположение различных электроприборов.
Пластик
В настоящее время напольный пластиковый плинтус широко распространен на потребительском рынке и пользуется весьма большой популярностью ввиду следующих особенностей:
Влагостойкость. Установка пластиковых деталей допустима даже в помещениях с повышенным уровнем влажности, например, в ванной, они не подвержены деформации, а также не боятся плесени и сырости.Допустимо даже мытье пола химическими средствами.
Невысокая стоимость. Преимущественно такой материал, как пластик, обладает достаточно демократичной ценой. Однако, в настоящее время существуют некоторые виды, которые весьма дороги ввиду некоторых их особенностей. Например, бывают модели, предназначенные для отделки таких деталей интерьера, как колонны, берущие начало непосредственно от пола, полукруглые стены и так далее.
Универсальность. Пластиковый напольный плинтус обладает широким спектром различных оттенков, существуют вариации, имитирующие дерево, камень, плитку и многое другое. То есть, возможно использование пластика в сочетании с любым покрытием.
Простота и удобство при монтаже. Работа с пластиком достаточно проста, он не требует таких сложностей при подгонке, в какой нуждаются остальные. Помимо этого, существует множество различных вариантов переходников, которые позволяют скрыть неэстетичные стыки на углах помещения.

Прочность. Дерево устойчиво к внешним повреждениям, царапинам.
Эффектный внешний вид. Напольный плинтус такого рода, особенно изготовленный из дорогих пород дерева, выглядит весьма элегантно, привнося в интерьер нотку роскоши. Лучше всего он сочетается с таким напольным покрытием, как паркет.
Деревянный плинтус
Однако, существует ряд достаточно весомых минусов в использовании деревянных отделочных материалов:
Высокая цена. Что вполне объяснимо — натуральное дерево не может быть дешевым.
Сложность при монтаже. Крепление такого элемента преимущественно осуществляется посредством использования саморезов и требует наличия определенных навыков. Также нельзя использовать указанные элементы для отделки фигурных элементов помещения, например, колонн.
Высокий уровень впитываемости влаги. Декоративный элемент отделки из дерева лучше не использовать в помещениях с повышенной влажностью, так как он может деформироваться и утратить свой первоначальный вид.
МДФ
Плинтус мдф сочетает в себе все основные достоинства аналогов, изготовленных из иных материалов, так, он обладает следующими плюсами:
Широкий выбор цветов и оттенков. Благодаря особенностям применяемых технологий на этот элемент отделки из МДФ можно нанести абсолютно любой узор, например, имитирующий дерево.
Устойчивость к повышенной влажности. Он не боится сырости, допускается такая процедура, как мытье пола водой, а также обработка любыми чистящими средствами.
Удобен при монтаже. Способы крепления элемента такого рода весьма разнообразны. Помимо этого, допустимо его применение в совокупности с различными видами напольного покрытия.
Сравнительно невысокая стоимость, что делает плинтус из МДФ наиболее популярным на современном потребительском рынке.
