Экс-адвокат Полонского отсудил у предпринимателя $5 млн
Бывший адвокат Сергея Полонского Александр Добровинский в суде Лондона добился возмещения судебных издержек в размере $5 млн по иску, поданному против него предпринимателем. Об этом сообщает ТАСС со ссылкой на слова самого адвоката.
По словам Добровинского, Высокий суд Лондона признал фальсификацию документов со стороны Полонского. В результате иск бизнесмена к его бывшему адвокату судьи отвергли.
«Полонский должен оплатить все мои судебные расходы — это около $1 млн и $4 по иску, что в общей сумме составляет около $5 млн», — заявил адвокат.
Иск против своего бывшего адвоката Полонский подал в 2014 году. Бизнесмен обвинял Добровинского в том, что он ввел его в заблуждение при продаже компании Potok (бывшей Mirax Group), что привело к крупным финансовым потерям. В иске Полонский потребовал возмещения €300 млн.
В России Сергея Полонского обвиняют в мошенничестве в размере 2,4 млрд руб. в отношении дольщиков жилого комплекса «Кутузовская миля». Бизнесмен находится под стражей. В случае, если Полонский будет признан виновным по двум этим эпизодам, ему грозит лишение свободы до 15 лет.
