Главный исполнительный директор корпорации Google Сундар Пичаи получил бонус в размере $199 млн. Соответствующее решение приняла Alphabet Inc., владеющая интернет-гигантом, сообщает Bloomberg.
Тем не менее воспользоваться сразу деньгами Пичаи не сможет: бонус будет выплачен ему в виде акций компании (всего 273 тыс. акций) и только в 2019 году — в случае если топ-менеджер все еще будет продолжать работать в Google.
Как отмечает агентство, это вознаграждение стало самым крупным за всю историю компании, и если Пичаи получит ее, он станет одним из самых высокооплачиваемых топ-менеджеров мира.
Также $ 42,8 млн долларов получила соучредитель и бывший генеральный директор производителя программного обеспечения VMware Inc. Диана Грин. В прошлом году она получила $148 млн вознаграждения после того, как Google выкупил основанную ею Bebop Technologies Inc.
Финансовый директор Google Рут Порат, перешедшая в прошлом году в компанию из Morgan Stanley, получила бонус в $38,3 млн на тех же условиях, что и Пичаи.
В начале февраля стало известно, что Alphabet стала самой дорогой в мире, обойдя по этому показателю Apple. Ее капитализация составила $568 млрд.
