«Открытие Холдинг» стал владельцем 1,7% акций ВТБ
ОАО «Открытие Холдинг» является держателем 1,77% акций банка ВТБ. Об этом свидетельствуют данные о составе акционеров кредитной организации.
В то же время, как отмечает «Интерфакс», в январе, когда ВТБ в последний раз раскрывал информацию о владельцах акций, компании в списке не было. ВТБ, в свою очередь, является владельцем 9,99% акций ОАО «Открытие Холдинг».
Финансовая корпорация «Открытие» — одна из крупнейших инвестиционно-банковских групп, в структуру которой входят «Открытие Брокер», «Открытие Капитал», УК «Открытие», «Ханты–Мансийский банк «Открытие», банк «ФК Открытие», «Открытие Страхование».
В 2014 году холдинг приобрел у ВТБ 19,85% кипрского банка RCB BANK LTD.
