Ретейлер «О’кей» показал рекордно низкий темп роста выручки
Один из крупнейших продовольственных ретейлеров России, «О'кей» (управляет одноименными гипермаркетами и супермаркетами и сетью дискаунтеров «Да!») в среду раскрыл свои операционные показатели за прошлый год. По итогам 2015 года выручка ретейлера выросла на 6,9%, до 160,3 млрд руб. По темпу роста продаж компания сумела немного превысить собственный прогноз в 6%. Тем не менее это рекордно низкий темп прироста выручки для компании начиная с 2007 года, когда «О'кей» начал отчитываться по международным стандартам. В кризис 2008–2009 года ретейлер показал прирост в 67,5 и 32,7% соответственно. А предыдущий «антирекорд» по приросту выручки ретейлер поставил в 2014-м, когда его выручка увеличилась только на 8,9%.
Однако последний квартал 2015 года был для «О'кей» гораздо удачнее предыдущих: по сравнению с четвертым кварталом 2014 года ретейлер увеличил розничную выручку на 10,2%, до 47,2 млрд руб. Продажи сопоставимых магазинов, проработавших не менее года, в октябре—декабре выросли на 3,8%. По итогам всего года сопоставимая выручка выросла на 0,6%.
Операционные результаты последних трех месяцев года генеральный директор «О'кей» Хейго Кера называет сильными: «Тренд на улучшение стал следствием нашей стратегии по повышению эффективности бизнеса, в рамках которой мы пересмотрели ассортимент наших магазинов, сделав его доступным и интересным для всех групп покупателей, разработали ряд привлекательных промопредложений для наших клиентов, а также перезапустили проект товаров под частной торговой маркой с правильным позиционированием», — процитирован Кера в официальном сообщении компании.
В 2015 году «О'кей» даже начал распродажу своих недостроенных проектов прямому конкуренту — «Ленте». Вырученные средства от продажи участков и магазинов компания планировала использовать для погашения долга. По состоянию на 30 июня 2015 года общий долг ретейлера составлял 34,5 млрд руб., краткосрочный — 14,8 млрд руб.
В 2015 году компания открыла два новых гипермаркета, один супермаркет и 35 магазинов нового формата — дискаунтеров «Да!», а также запустила продовольственный онлайн-магазин. Торговая площадь всех магазинов ретейлера по итогам года увеличилась на 7,4%, до 593 тыс. кв.м. На конец декабря ретейлер управлял 146 магазинами — 71 гипермаркетом, 40 супермаркетами и 35 дискаунтерами.
Выручка крупнейшего ретейлера России, «Магнита», в 2015 году выросла на 24,5%, до 950,6 млрд руб. Второй по обороту игрок российской продовольственной розницы, X5 Retail Group (управляет сетями «Перекресток», «Пятерочка» и «Карусель»), увеличил выручку на 27,3%, до 804,1 млрд руб. Оборот третьего по выручке публичного игрока, ГК «Дикси» (сети «Дикси», «Виктория»), в 2015 году вырос на 18,9%, до 272,3 млрд руб.
«О'кей» тяжелее других российских ретейлеров адаптировался к новой рыночной реальности с продовольственным эмбарго, действующим с 2014 года. «Особенно сильно сказались спад в макроэкономике и запрет импорта продовольствия из ряда стран», — объяснял раньше сложности ретейлера бывший гендиректор компании Тони Майер. По собственным данным «О'кей», доля товаров, попавших под продовольственное эмбарго, в выручке сети раньше составляла около 16%. «Это, пожалуй, самый высокий показатель среди публичных конкурентов «О’кей», — поясняла раньше РБК старший аналитик Райффайзенбанка Наталья Колупаева.
Однако отчитавшаяся по итогам 2015 года четверка публичных продовольственных ретейлеров показала рост на падающем рынке: по предварительным данным Росстата, в прошлом году оборот розничной торговли снизился на 10%, до 27,6 трлн руб. В декабре 2015-го падение составило рекордные 15,3%, до 2,865 трлн руб.
