Сбербанк разрешил получать перевыпущенные карты в любых отделениях
Клиенты Сбербанка смогут получать платежные карты без привязки к отделению. До сих пор клиент Сибирского территориального банка Сбербанка не мог получить новую карту, например, в Московском банке
Сбербанк решил проблему получения клиентами платежных карт в разных отделениях. Об этом сообщил зампредседателя правления финансовой организации Александр Торбахов, передает «РИА Новости».
«Нас пинали за то, например, что если клиент выпускал карту в одном месте, то не может в другом — эта проблема решена. Сегодня вы можете карту забрать в другом отделении, другом территориальном банке или даже заказать», — сказал Торбахов.
Единственное, что сегодня нельзя — это перенаправить карту, когда она уже находится в выпуске несколько дней, добавил он. Однако и это ограничение должно быть снято в этом году, заверил Торбахов.
«А так — ограничение, что раньше обслуживался в Хабаровске, а теперь вы приехали в Красноярск и не можете заказывать карту в Красноярске — этого ограничения больше не будет», — подчеркнул зампред Сбербанка.
У Сбербанка разветвленная сеть территориальных банков: их 14. При этом в отличие от других финансовых организаций у Сбербанка далеко не всегда есть возможность проводить операции по счетам клиентов в своих офисах вне зависимости от их географического положения.
Ранее экс-зампред правления Сбербанка Вадим Кулик отмечал, что технически базы территориальных банков объединены, однако у сотрудников внутренних структурных подразделений есть ограничения по пользованию ими. «Это связано с нашей заботой о клиентах и вопросами их безопасности», — говорил он.
