Глава «Роснефти» Игорь Сечин заявил, что не собирается увеличивать свой пакт акций в компании. По его словам, у него сейчас «нет таких ресурсов»
Отвечая на вопрос журналистов о том, продолжит ли он покупать акции «Роснефти», президент компании Игорь Сечин заявил, что сейчас у него нет таких ресурсов.
«Я действую всегда в рамках своей личной финансовой ответственности. Сейчас у меня таких ресурсов нет, я о своих планах рассказывать не собираюсь», — сказал глава «Роснефти» (цитата по ТАСС).
Сейчас Игорь Сечин владеет 0,1273% от уставного капитала или 13,5 миллиона акций компании. Должность президента и председателя правления компании Игорь Сечин занимает с мая 2012 года. В период с 2004 по 2011 год он занимал пост главы совета директоров.
Государство владеет 69,5% «Роснефти» через государственный холдинг «Роснефтегаз». Правительство планирует в 2016 году приватизировать 19,5% компании.
24 мая глава Минэкономразвития Алексей Улюкаев сообщил, что Инвестиционным консультантом сделки по приватизации «Роснефти» выбран итальянский банк Intesa. Западный банк согласился помогать российскому правительству, несмотря на риски нарушения санкций.
