СМИ сообщили об обеспечительных мерах суда против Сбербанка на Украине
В ходе судебного разбирательства о нарушении прав на интеллектуальную собственность, которое продолжается между дочкой Сбербанка России и украинским Ощадбанком, украинский суд наложил обеспечительные меры на Сбербанк, сообщает ТАСС со ссылкой на источник, знакомый с ситуацией. В сообщении не называются конкретные меры, однако уточняется, что решение суда было вынесено в начале апреля 2016 года.
На определение суда о принятии обеспечительных мер подана апелляционная жалоба, рассказал источник. По его словам, из-за обеспечительных мер дочерняя компания Сбербанка не имеет возможности продавать или передавать эти товарные знаки.
Поводом для иска стало переименование дочерней структуры Сбербанка России. В ноябре 2015 года из ее названия убрали слово «Россия», организация стала официально называться ПАО «Сбербанк».
15 января 2016 года украинский Ощадбанк подал иск в Хозяйственный суд Киева о незаконности этого переименования. В Ощадбанке заявили, что единственным законным владельцем торговой марки «Сбербанк» на Украине является Ощадбанк в соответствии со свидетельством №82116 от 10 сентября 2007 года.
«Переименование Сбербанка России просто в Сбербанк незаконно, поэтому мы обратились в суд. И не только чтобы защитить интересы Ощадбанка, но и интересы миллионов украинцев. Считаем недопустимыми попытки Сбербанка России таким путем скрыть страну происхождения акционерного капитала», — заявил тогда председатель правления Ощадбанка Андрей Пышный.
