Тихоокеанская инвесткомпания стала первым резидентом порта Владивосток
Наблюдательный совет свободного порта Владивосток в среду принял заявку первого резидента, которым стала Тихоокеанская инвестиционная компания. Об этом сообщил глава наблюдательного совета вице-премьер Юрий Трутнев, передает Интерфакс.
По словам Трутнева, компания собирается за два года построить в поселке Славянка пятизвездочную гостиницу «с объемом инвестиций около 5 млрд руб.».
Еще один потенциальный резидент — компания «Сумма», предложившая проект по строительству порта Зарубино на юге Приморья — статус резидента пока не получила. «Проект в целом набсоветом одобрен, но там инвестор еще будет решать вопросы, связанные с обеспечением его финансирования», — пояснил Трутнев.
Закон «О свободном порте Владивосток» был подписан Владимиром Путиным в июле. Он предусматривает для резидентов ряд налоговых и административных преференций. Закон действует на территории 15 муниципальных образований Приморского края.
