Toyota решила перестроить бизнес
Японский автопроизводитель Toyota Motor Corp. рассматривает возможность реформы структуры корпорации с тем, чтобы избавиться от географического принципа разделения на дивизионы, сообщает агентство Bloomberg со ссылкой на публикацию издания Nikkei.
Сейчас бизнес Toyota поделен на две группы по территориальному признаку с двумя выделенными подразделениями — Lexus и бизнес по производству двигателей. Предполагается, что корпорация перейдет на структуру управления, сгруппированную по типам продуктов: подразделения по выпуску легковых автомобилей, малолитражек, грузовиков, а также отдельный бизнес по выпуску машин класса люкс Lexus.
Агентство отмечает, что Nikkei не раскрывает источников информации, однако уточняет, что автопроизводитель намерен предоставить новым подразделениям максимальную свободу в принятии решений, включая работу с персоналом и внешние связи.
Реформа организационной структуры предпринимается с целью сокращения расходов. Кроме того, корпорация стремится вырастить лидеров нового поколения.
В октябре 2015 года Toyota Motor Corp. по итогам девяти месяцев работы вернула себе звание ведущей автокомпании по объемам продаж. Японская группа сообщила, что продала 7,49 млн машин.
