«Трансаэро» подала в суд на Росавиацию
Авиакомпания «Трансаэро» подала иск к Росавиации. Карточка дела опубликована на сайте суда. Иск был зарегистрирован 15 декабря. Суть претензий, а также дата ближайшего заседания пока неизвестны.
В конце октября Росавиация отозвала у «Трансаэро» сертификат эксплуатанта. Ведомство пришло к выводу, что дальнейшая деятельность компании невозможна. Перевозчик приостановил свою деятельность из-за долгов.
В конце октября совладелец авиакомпании S7 Владислав Филев заявлял о приобретении 51% акций «Трансаэро», однако сделка в итоге не состоялась. Филев вышел из сделки в связи с тем, что другой ее участник, акционер «Трансаэро» Александр Плешаков, не набрал 51% акций, не обремененных претензиями кредиторов.
16 октября Сбербанк подал иск о банкротстве «Трансаэро», в дальнейшем такие же заявления подали ВТБ, Альфа-банк и Федеральная налоговая служба. Накануне Арбитражный суд Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области запустил процедуру банкротства компании, признав обоснованным заявление Сбербанка.
