«Транснефть» заказала для проверки сотрудников полиграфный комплекс «Диана-07» стоимостью 790 тыс. руб. Ранее процедуру прохождения выборочной проверки на детекторе лжи внедрила ТНК-BP
Российская госкомпания «Транснефть» объявила о закупке у единственного поставщика полиграфного комплекса (детектора лжи). Об этом свидетельствуют документы, размещенные на сайте «Транснефти». Согласно проекту договора, стоимость комплекса «Диана-07» составляет 790 тыс. руб., не облагаемых НДС.
Поставщик должен поставить «Транснефти» детектор лжи в марте 2016 года. В комплекс входят ноутбук, веб-камера, наушники, цифровая координатная ручка, USB-аудиокарта, настольный микрофон, манипулятор «мышь», а также «специализированное кресло для тестируемого «СКО 02».
В соответствии с договором, передача и прием товара осуществляется путем самовывоза со склада поставщика по адресу 109052, г. Москва, ул. Смирновская, д. 25, строение 3, комната № 02. По этому адресу находится ООО «Поликониус».
На сайте этой компании говорится, что «Диана-07» — профессиональный компьютерный полиграф нового поколения, который «обладает всеми преимуществами полиграфов прежних моделей» и позволяет «значительно повысить точность оцифровки и расширить диапазоны каналов датчиков».
«Новые пневматические датчики дыхания неприхотливы в эксплуатации и позволяют повысить точность сигнала», — отмечается в описании полиграфа.
В «Транснефти» отказались комментировать информацию о необходимости закупки полиграфного оборудования, сообщает «Интерфакс».
В 2012 году процедуру прохождения выборочной проверки на детекторе лжи внедрила ТНК-BP. Проверку на полиграфе, в частности, было предложено пройти руководителям, уполномоченным принимать решения о выборе подрядных организаций и поставщиков, которые могли каким-либо образом повлиять на эти решения.
