Дерипаска вошел в генсовет партии “Правое дело”
В среду, 23 марта, состоится первое заседание генерального совета партии “Правое дело”. По данным газеты “Ведомости”, в состав этого совета войдут президент UC Rusal, председатель наблюдательного совета “Базового элемента” Олег Дерипаска, бывший акционер “Вимм-билль-данна” Давид Якобашвили и другие заметные бизнесмены.
Как отмечает издание, согласно уставу партии генсовет является консультативным органом при председателе, который сам же формирует его состав. При этом членство в генсовете не подразумевает членства в партии. Всего в генсовете будут состоять 74 человека, большинство – бизнесмены.
“Наша команда – люди дела, которые уже состоялись в бизнесе, в политике, в экономике, и теперь готовы реализовать экономику роста для всей страны”, – заявил председатель партии, уполномоченный при президенте по правам предпринимателей Борис Титов.
Информацию о вхождении Дерипаски в генсовет подтвердил знакомый с ним бизнесмен. По его словам, на первом заседании планируется обсуждение партийной программы, будут определены первоочередные для страны задачи.
Эксперты предполагают, что таким образом Титов демонстрирует, что партия связана с бизнесом и важна для предпринимателей. Кроме того, “Правому делу” нужно быстро раскрутиться, поскольку до выборов мало времени. Однако, по мнению политолога Евгения Минченко, “сложно понять, что продает Титов”, поскольку “Правое дело” изначально позиционировалось как партия малого и среднего бизнеса.
Уполномоченный при президенте России по защите прав предпринимателей Борис Титов недавно заявил, что создаст на базе “Правого дела” партию предпринимателей, с которой пойдет на выборы в Госдуму. По словам Титова, “Правое дело” сменит название, а в ее действующий состав войдут сторонники омбудсмена, члены партии “Деловая Россия”, предприниматели, эксперты и общественные деятели.
Отметим, что в руководство партии ранее вошел руководитель Management Development Group Inc. Дмитрий Потапенко. По словам Титова, он будет курировать в партии проекты, связанные с малым и средним предпринимательством, работа над которыми станет приоритетной.
Выступая на съезде, Потапенко заявил, что партии надо “быть услугой”, работать эффективно. “Если мы не будем идти снизу и не будем являться координаторами и проводниками снизу вверх, то грош цена нашему движению”, – отметил он.
В беседе с ТАСС Потапенко сообщил, что готов участвовать в выборах, но рассматривает их исключительно как инструмент для реализации своих идей. “Это механизм. Если он дает возможность осуществить большую реализацию того, что делается, да, буду (участвовать в выборах), неважно, какие это будут выборы”, – сказал он.
