Под Тулой исчез экс-депутат областной думы – гендиректор торговой сети
В Тульской области исчез экс-депутат областной думы и гендиректор торговой сети “Спар Центральный регион” Антон Белобрагин, сообщает “Интерфакс”. Следствие считает, что он мог быть похищен.
Во вторник, 10 февраля, представитель СУ СКР по региону Светлана Харламова сообщила агентству, что автомобиль Lexus, принадлежавший 46-летнему предпринимателю, был обнаружен накануне вечером в районе деревни Судаково Ленинского района Тульской области.
По предварительным данным, во вторник около 17:00 Белобрагин на личном автомобиле покинул территорию принадлежащей ему коммерческой организации, расположенной в поселке Мясново. Через несколько часов машина была обнаружена в районе деревни Судаково неподалеку от поселка Косая Гора.
В ходе осмотра автомобиля были обнаружены повреждения стекла водительской двери, а также наслоения вещества бурого цвета на руле и внутренней поверхности водительской двери, которое может быть следами крови, отметила Харламова.
На сайте регионального следственного управления сообщается о возбуждении уголовного дела по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч.1 ст.126 УК РФ (“Похищение человека”).
В пресс-службе Следственного комитета Тульской области сообщили, что исчезновение Белобрагина может быть связано с его коммерческой деятельностью, передает ТАСС.
По словам представителя СК, проводится комплекс оперативно-разыскных мероприятий, направленный на установление всех обстоятельств произошедшего. Следователи изучили записи камер видеонаблюдения, которые уже позволили выстроить предварительный путь передвижения автомобиля. Кроме того, будет назначен ряд экспертиз, в том числе взяты образцы биологических следов, которые позволят установить, кто находился в автомобиле.
Местное издание Myslo пишет, что в области объявлен план “Перехват”: предполагаемые похитители скрылись на двух автомобилях – светлом Ford Mondeo и иномарке с цифрами госномера “385”. В стекле водительской двери автомобиля Белобрагина видно отверстие, похожее на пулевое.
По данным “Интерфакса”, 46-летний Белобрагин – бывший депутат Тульской областной думы пятого созыва, генеральный директор ООО “Спар Центральный регион” и учредитель ООО “Тульский мясокомбинат”. Ранее являлся учредителем регионального отделения ООО “Российские пенсионеры” в Тульской области и тульского областного общественного благотворительного фонда предпринимателей “Меценат”.
