Претендентка на наследство Немцова просит допросить ее по делу о его убийстве, которое она не считает политическим
Претендентка на наследство Бориса Немцова, убитого более года назад в Москве, некая Екатерина Ифтоди просит допросить ее в качестве свидетеля по уголовному делу об убийстве оппозиционного политика, чтобы рассказать свою версию этого преступления, заявил ее адвокат Александр Карабанов. Его клиентка считает, что это резонансное убийство не связано с политикой, а имеет совсем другую подоплеку – деньги.
“Я не считаю, что это политическое убийство. Это заказное убийство на фоне больших сумм”, – заявила Ифтоди в ходе пресс-конференции в пресс-центре информагентства “Национальная служба новостей” (НСН) 22 марта. По данным Ифтоди, у Немцова были активы на общую сумму в миллиард долларов. “Я знаю, где и сколько может быть. Это не Российская Федерация, это зарубежные активы, акции, облигации, фьючерсы. За рубежом состояние больше, чем в России”, – заявила она.
Ифтоди утверждает, что была возлюбленной Немцова и родила от него сына, который имеет право на долю наследства отца. Карабанов сообщил, что судебные слушания об установлении отцовства сына Ифтоди, которого она требует признать ребенком убитого политика, длятся в Замоскворецком суде столицы почти год.
“Следователь четыре раза отказывал нам в проведении экспертизы ДНК. 8 апреля состоится следующее судебное заседание, мы заявили ходатайство о допросе Ифтоди с участием полиграфа”, – сказал Карабанов.
Несколькими днями ранее он поведал НСН, что на наследство Немцова претендуют семь человек: его гражданская супруга Ирина Королева, четверо детей политика, а также Ифтоди и Анна Лесникова, утверждающие, что они были возлюбленными Немцова и их дети являются его наследниками.
Напомним, в конце прошлого года Следственный комитет РФ объявил о завершении расследования дела об убийстве Немцова, совершенном вечером 28 февраля 2015 года в самом центре Москвы рядом с Кремлем. Предполагаемому исполнителю преступления Зауру Дадаеву, а также соучастникам убийства Анзору и Шадиду Губашевым, Тамерлану Эскерханову и Хамзату Бахаеву были предъявлены обвинения в совершении убийства по найму в составе организованной группы. Свою вину фигуранты дела не признают.
В ноябре прошлого года Басманный суд Москвы по ходатайству СК заочно арестовал предполагаемого организатора убийства Руслана Мухудинова. Он объявлен в федеральный и международный розыски. Уголовное дело в отношении Мухудинова и иных “неустановленных лиц” выделено в отдельное производство.
