Российского военного Толстого с базы в Таджикистане, напавшего на таксиста, отправили на принудительное лечение в Красноярск
Военнослужащий 201-й российской базы в Таджикистане Дмитрий Толстой, в августе прошлого года напавший на таджикского таксиста, был отправлен на принудительное психиатрическое лечение в краевую психоневрологическую больницу Красноярска, сообщает Русская служба BBC. В этом городе военнослужащий раньше жил.
В феврале текущего года судебно-психиатрическая экспертиза, проведенная в Екатеринбурге, признала его психически невменяемым. Также российские власти постановили, что Толстой не будет экстрадирован в Таджикистан, отмечало радио “Озоди”.
В августе 2015 года Толстой был задержан за то, что нанес многочисленные ножевые ранения жителю города Курган-тюбе Тахиру Султанову (ранее сообщалось о Тоире Султонове). По одной из версий, солдат задолжал таксисту крупную сумму денег. Пострадавший был доставлен в больницу в тяжелом состоянии с многочисленными ранами в области шеи, головы и рук. Врачам удалось его спасти.
Против российского военного было возбуждено уголовное дело по факту нападения, он был взят под стражу. Заметим, что инцидент с Толстым произошел на фоне скандального убийства таксиста двумя военнослужащими той же 201-й базы.
27 августа 2015 года Ильдар Сахапов и Федор Басимов были признаны виновными и приговорены к заключению в колонии строгого режима на сроки в 13 и 17 лет соответственно. Из показаний, ранее обнародованных в ходе заседаний суда, следует, что Басимов задолжал местному таксисту – 36-летнему Рахимджону Тешабоеву – 50 тысяч российских рублей и принял решение убить его, войдя в сговор со своим сослуживцем Сахаповым. Они пытались “решить проблему” 16 августа прошлого года. Но в первый раз им это не удалось, и уже 18 августа они предложили Тешабоеву “порыбачить”. Возле озера у кишлака Джимтеппа Басимов держал водителя, а Сахапов перерезал жертве горло.
Заметим, что тогда командование 201-й российской военной базы заявило, что оба военнослужащих имеют психическое расстройство. Они были направлены на обследование в Екатеринбург. Обследование установило, что Басимов и Сахапов не имеют психических отклонений.
В начале августа прошлого года компания российских солдат с 201-й базы в состоянии алкогольного опьянения напала на сотрудников местной милиции, разбив стекла в их машине, и разгромила букмекерскую контору.
201-я РВБ – крупнейший военный сухопутный объект России за ее пределами. База насчитывает около шести тысяч военнослужащих, расквартированных в гарнизонах на окраинах таджикских городов Душанбе, Курган-Тюбе и Куляб. Согласно подписанному в октябре 2012 года соглашению, 201-я РВБ остается в Таджикистане как минимум до 2042 года.
