Случай с белым медведем на стройке Минобороны в Арктике отказались признать самообороной. Злоумышленникам грозит до трех лет заключения
Инцидент с белым медведем на строительной площадке министерства обороны РФ не является самообороной. специалисты говорят об умышленном нападении на медведя. Об этом заявил глава Минприроды Сергей Донской, который накануне попросил Генпрокуратуру разобраться в произошедшем.
“Все специалисты, с которыми мы работаем, говорят, что это не было самообороной, что это все-таки было умышленное действие. Медведь – это умное животное и хватать фальшфейер не будет. Взрывное устройство было намазано чем-то, что привлекало медведицу”, – цитирует РИА “Новости” министра.
Как рассказал агентству источник в правоохранительных органах, злоумышленникам, издевавшимся над белым медведем, грозит до трех лет лишения свободы. По словам источника, обвинение, скорее всего, предъявят по уголовной статье о жестоком обращении с животными, повлекшим их гибель или увечье.
В настоящее время, как пояснил собеседник агентства, проводится проверка. Поскольку белый медведь занесен в Красную книгу, следователи могут усмотреть в действиях неизвестных и признаки браконьерства. Если выяснится, что после гибели медведя злоумышленники, например, сняли с него шкуру.
Всемирный фонд дикой природы выразил возмущение безответственным поведением строителей на острове Врангеля. В Greenpeace Russia также осудили жестокость строителей. “Хочется надеяться, что надзорные органы дадут объективную правовую оценку случившемуся”, – говорится в сообщении на сайте экологической организации.
Про историю с белым медведем в Чукотском автономном округе стало известно накануне, хотя инцидент, по данным зоозащитников, произошел еще в ноябре. По одной версии, повар компании “Русальянсстрой”, который, работая на острове Врангеля, подкармливал животное, однажды подложил хищнику в лакомство взрывпакет. Медведица приняла взрывчатку за угощение и съела ее, получив в результате тяжелые травмы. Мучения животного перед смертью, как сообщалось, сняли на видео работники “Русальянсстроя”. Скандальный ролик попал в Сеть и привлек внимание общественности.
По другой версии, которой придерживаются в руководстве “Русальянсстроя”, медведицу пытались отпугнуть сигнальной ракетой, которую животное в результате случайно взяло в пасть. “И в момент, когда она ее брала, во рту она у нее взорвалась”, – пояснили в компании. Более того, в “Русальянсстрое” со ссылкой на егерей утверждают, что зверь лишь получил травмы, но остался жив.
Белый медведь внесен в международную Красную книгу и в Красную книгу РФ. Всего в мире насчитывается 20-25 тысяч этих животных, в том числе около пяти-семи тысяч обитают на территории России. Охота на них в нашей стране запрещена с 1957 года.
“Русальянсстрой” является одним из членов некоммерческого партнерства “Российский центр освоения Арктики”. Как сказано на сайте компании, фирма создала благотворительный фонд “Белый медведь”, который призван стабилизировать численность популяции этого вида, минимизировать негативное воздействие “факторов, ведущих к сокращению и разрушению природных мест обитания”, а также “формировать культуру гармоничных отношений” между человеком и этими животными.
Это уже не первый случай, когда живодеры выкладывают в сеть видео издевательств над медведями. В прошлом году много шума наделал видеоролик, на котором тепловоз сбивает бурого медведя в Норильске на железнодорожных путях ветки, обслуживающей ГМК “Норильский никель”. На кадрах был виден медведь, бежавший по рельсам перед приближающимся поездом. Съемка велась из кабины машинистов. При этом за кадром слышались голоса, предлагающие задавить зверя. В итоге локомотив настиг медведя под одобрительные крики бригады: “Дави, его! Дави!.. Есть!” В компании “Норильский никель”, прокуратуре и полиции позже заявили, что зверю удалось выжить.
