Сотрудникам “Трансаэро” срезали треть зарплаты из-за “вынужденного простоя”
С 28 октября все сотрудники авиакомпании “Трансаэро” находятся в “вынужденном простое” из-за отзыва сертификата эксплуатанта и прекращения работы авиакомпании. Во время простоя они будут получать две трети зарплаты, передает “Дождь” со ссылкой на приказ заместителя генерального директора, руководителя департамента персонала компании Леонида Клигермана.
В документе говорится, что нахождение на рабочих местах сотрудников компании “необязательно”, однако “по производственной необходимости” любого работника могут вызвать.
Ранее Росавиация начала публикацию вакансий для сотрудников “Трансаэро”, некоторым пилотам предлагают работу за 7 тысяч рублей в месяц, а бортпроводникам – за 4,5 тысячи. “Аэрофлот”, которому достались международные маршруты “Трансаэро”, обещает трудоустроить около 6 тысяч человек из 11 тысяч, работавших в компании.
Авиакомпания “Трансаэро” прекратила работу 26 октября после того, как Росавиация решила отозвать у нее сертификат эксплуатанта из-за финансовых проблем. Компания проходит процедуру банкротства из-за долга в 250 млрд рублей. Крупнейшие кредиторы – ВТБ, “Сбербанк” и “Газпромбанк”.
Сначала компания была передана под операционное управление “Аэрофлота”, затем попытку спасти бизнес делал совладелец S7 Group Владислав Филев, который купил контрольный пакет акций перевозчика.
