Третий россиянин заболел вирусом Зика, заражение произошло в Доминикане
Третий случай заболевания вирусом Зика в России был подтвержден лабораторно, сообщила глава Роспотребнадзора Анна Попова.
“На сегодняшний день у нас есть третий заболевший в Москве, тоже вернувшийся из Доминиканской республики. Он уже подтвердился. Сегодня всего три диагноза в России”, – цитирует Попову “Интерфакс”.
По словам главного санитарного врача в РФ, в двух случаях, когда возникали подозрения по поводу заболевания лихорадкой, тесты оказались отрицательными. “Там диагнозы были сняты”, – уточнила Анна Попова.
В предыдущем случае диагноз был поставлен туристу, вернувшемуся в Россию из Доминиканской республики. В апреле, комментируя этот случай, Анна Попова отмечала, что всего в стране было досмотрено более трех миллионов человек, выявлено более 200 человек с признаками инфекционных болезней. В 39 случаях возникли подозрения по поводу лихорадки Зика.
Первый случай Зика в России был зафиксирован в феврале этого года у москвички, которая, как и остальные заболевшие, выезжала на отдых в Доминикану.
Вирус Зика вызывает высокую температуру, конъюнктивит, сыпь, головные и суставные боли, воспалительные процессы, а в некоторых случаях – тошноту и рвоту, боли в желудке. Разносчик болезни – комар Aedes aegypti. Вспышки болезни зарегистрированы в Азии, Африке, Южной и Северной Америке. По словам врачей, особенно опасен вирус для беременных женщин. Последствиями для плода могут быть врожденное уменьшение размеров мозга и черепа, что приводит к умственной отсталости.
По официальным данным, в 18 штатах Бразилии зарегистрировано более полумиллиона случаев заболеваний лихорадкой Зика. Случаи заболевания зафиксированы в других странах Южной Америки, а также в ряде стран Тихоокеанского региона, несколько “завозных” случаев выявлено в Европе и США.
Вирус Зика, получивший широкое распространение в Латинской Америке, был открыт в 1947 году в Уганде. В большинстве случаев болезнь протекает без каких-либо симптомов, и поэтому вирус сложно обнаружить. Вспышки болезни были зарегистрированы в Азии, Африке, Южной и Северной Америке, Тихоокеанском регионе.
В Западном полушарии она сейчас распространяется особенно быстро – вирус уже проник в 21 страну из 55, хотя в мае прошлого года заболевшие были зарегистрированы только в Бразилии.
1 февраля Всемирная организация здравоохранения признала распространение вируса Зика мировой угрозой. В ВОЗ создан специальный отдел по борьбе с вирусом. Последний раз к таким мерам прибегали во время эпидемии лихорадки Эбола.
