В отношении главы рязанского отделения ПАРНАСа возбудили уголовное дело по подозрению в оскорблении судьи
В Рязани возбуждено уголовное дело в отношении Юрия Богомолова, возглавляющего региональное отделение партии ПАРНАС. Его подозревают в оскорблении судей: по данным следствия, он на своей странице в интернете разместил текст, который оскорбляет представителей власти. Сам Богомолов говорит, что скандал разразился из-за фотографии, на которой он стоит с плакатом.
“Московским межрайонным следственным отделом следственного управления Следственного комитета Российской Федерации по Рязанской области возбуждено уголовное дело в отношении 55-летнего жителя города Рязани, подозреваемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ст. 319 УК РФ (оскорбление представителя власти)”, – говорится в сообщении пресс-службы СУ СК РФ по региону.
По данным “Интерфакс”, “55-летний рязанец” – это Юрий Богомолов. Следователи изложили суть претензий: “в августе 2015 года подозреваемый на своей страничке, ранее созданной им в социальной сети, разместил сообщение с использованием бранной и вульгарной лексики, публично оскорбляющее судей, как представителей власти, в связи с исполнением ими своих должностных обязанностей”.
Ранее у Богомолова прошел обыск. Оппозиционер рассказал, что после обыска квартиры полицейские забрали два компьютера. “При этом непонятно, для чего. Потому что, судя по всему, они пришли из-за того, что я в сети “ВКонтакте” разместил фотографию, где стою с рукописным плакатом, на котором написал: “Судьи России и Рязани! Вы – не Ваша Честь. Вы – ваша Нечисть”, – заявил глава рязанского отделения ПАРНАСа.
Как напоминает “Дождь”, летом суд оштрафовал Богомолова на 10 тысяч рублей за участие в одиночном пикете. Акция совпала с народных сходом против застройки парка в Рязани. По словам Богомолова, после решения суда он и сделал соответствующий плакат.
Следователи добавили, что в настоящее время проводятся следственные действия, направленные на установление всех обстоятельств совершенного преступления.
