В Совфеде РФ ответили на критику МИД Германии по поводу “политического” интереса к истории девочки Лизы
Глава международного комитета Совета Федерации России Константин Косачев продолжил дискуссию между представителями властей России и Германии по поводу громкой истории с 13-летней российской девочкой Лизой из Берлина, которую якобы изнасиловали мигранты. Косачев в своем Facebook ответил главе МИД ФРГ Франку-Вальтеру Штайнмайеру, раскритиковавшему главу МИД России Сергея Лаврова за политизацию этой истории.
“Министр иностранных дел Франк-Вальтер Штайнмайер, комментируя слова С.В. Лаврова о 13-летней русской девочке, попавшей в известную, но пока непонятную ситуацию в Берлине, обвинил российского министра во вмешательстве во внутренние дела Германии”, – написал Косачев, посчитав, что Штайнмайер “признал заботу о правах человека гражданина другой страны вмешательством во внутренние дела”.
По мнению Косачева, сами немецкие власти тоже “влезают в любые резонансные ситуации, связанные с возможным нарушением прав человека в России, как, впрочем, и в других странах, которые не являются германскими союзниками”.
“Думаю, сейчас германские политики и правозащитники соответствующего профиля (а они-то понимают!) должны либо громогласно предать анафеме собственного министра иностранных дел за отступление от принципа “права человека превыше государственных границ”, либо согласиться с ним и тихонечко замолкнуть”, – сказал он.
Начало нового витка дискуссии по поводу девочки Лизы положили высказывания Сергея на пресс-конференции 26 января по итогам 2015 года. Министр иностранных дел РФ заявил, что Москва находится в постоянной связи с адвокатами семьи российской девочки Лизы. “Сейчас мы работаем с ее адвокатом, он работает с семьей, с нашим посольством. Ясно, что девочка абсолютно точно не добровольно исчезала на 30 часов”, – пояснил он.
Министр также выразил надежду на то, что “не будет повторения случаев, подобных случаю с нашей девочкой Лизой, когда новость о том, что она исчезла, очень долго скрывалась по каким-то причинам”. Некоторые комментаторы отметили, что выступление Лаврова вывело историю с якобы похищенной и изнасилованной мигрантами в Берлине 13-летней русскоязычной девочкой Лизой на межгосударственный политический уровень.
Пресс-секретарь канцлера Штеффен Зайберт заявил, что немецкие “органы правосудия должны иметь возможность работать спокойно и без помех ходу следствия извне”, а попытки использовать это дело в политических целях он назвал “недопустимыми”.
Штайнмайер в свою очередь обвинил российского коллегу во вмешательстве во внутренние дела ФРГ и подчеркнул, что нет никаких оправданий тому, чтобы использовать это дело “для политической пропаганды и вмешиваться в и без того сложную внутригерманскую дискуссию о мигрантах и разжигать ее”.
История о якобы похищенной мигрантами и изнасилованной 13-летней девочке 16 января растиражировали российские СМИ. Несмотря на то, что немецкая полиция не нашла никаких доказательств похищения и изнасилования девочки, в немецких городах прошли протесты русскоязычных жителей против “агрессивных беженцев”. Полиция Германии заявила, что никакого изнасилования не было, а сексуальный контакт у девочки был по взаимному согласию. Аналогичного мнения придерживается немецкая прокуратура.
