Второй космический “грузовик” серии “Прогресс МС” успешно пристыковался к МКС
Второй российский космический грузовой корабль новой серии “Прогресс МС” в автоматическом режиме пристыковался к Международной космической станции (МКС), сообщает ТАСС со ссылкой на подмосковный Центр управления полетами.
Ракета-носитель “Союз-2.1а” с кораблем “Прогресс МС-02” стартовала с площадки номер 31 космодрома Байконур 31 марта. За время полета к МКС на “Прогрессе МС-02” тестировались новые системы, аналогичные тем, которые будут использоваться во время полета в июне этого года на первом пилотируемом корабле новой серии “Союз-МС”.
Новый “Прогресс” доставит на МКС свыше 2,5 тонны грузов, в том числе топливо, воздух, продукты, оборудование для поддержания работы станции и посылки для экипажа. “Никаких продуктов сверх обычного рациона космонавты не заказали”, – рассказал агентству начальник отдела Института медико-биологических проблем РАН Александр Агуреев.
Среди грузов также первый в мире микроспутник, корпус которого напечатан на 3D-принтере: его планируется запустить с борта МКС во время выхода космонавтов в открытый космос.
Напомним, предыдущий “грузовик” “Прогресс МС-01” был запущен 21 декабря прошлого года, а спустя два дня пристыковался с МКС. Помимо стандартного груза, корабль доставил на станцию посылки для членов экипажа от их семей к Новому году – сувениры, подарки, сладости.
Запуск 21 декабря стал первым для этого типа ракеты после апрельской аварии, когда был потерян грузовик “Прогресс М-27М”. Два следующих корабля, “Прогресс М-28М” и “Прогресс М-29М”, на орбиту выводили носители “Союз-У”.
Транспортный грузовой корабль новой модификации “Прогресс МС” разработан ОАО “РКК “Энергия” имени С.П. Королева” и является результатом глубокой модернизации корабля “Прогресс М”. Корабль располагает новой командно-телеметрической системой, модифицированной бортовой радиотехнической системой сближения “Курс-НА”, дополнительной противометеороидной защитой и цифровыми блоками управления причаливанием и ориентации транспортного корабля.
Большинство технических решений, заложенных в конструкцию “Прогресс МС”, будут использованы при создании пилотируемого транспортного корабля (ПТК) нового поколения, который разрабатывается РКК “Энергия”.
